Well if your playing it on facebook you would need 3 friend to help you pass from level 20 to 21.. But for level 23 you don't need help. You simply need some luck to pass it.
I've just checked some gameplay of Pokemon Puzzle League. The goal to get 3 or more on a row is the same, but i think it are two totally different games.
I guess I just like those two other games more since they're more crazy and frantic lol pokemon fighting with puzzles in one, and destroying an entire planet in the other by launching blocks as missiles.
Have finished Level 20 for pass some months now. have not be able to move to Level21. Have been trying to ask my friends but is only one that send me a life.

I think it's your imagination, because all the moves you see in this video are normal moves. Moves that everyone can make in this game :-)
