At 0:30, You don't really want to mount it to the ground, or caulk around it. The sink itself will be secured to the wall, and if you ever have a clogged drain, you can remove the pedestal to access the pipe. At 4:25, You can use plummer's putty, or you can use the gasket, but don't use both, per manf. inx. If it comes with a gasket, I would use that.🙂
Thank you for this video. I had to install 3 of these for a barber school I’m building here in Phoenix. This video was the most informative I found just followed your steps to the T
Ok so how the heck do you put something on the screw head to tighten the bolt going into the wall? One hole is going into just dry wall and the other hole hit a stud. AHHHH i cant see how you can fit a drill on the head to screw into the stud. Also the peetree trap to drain, did you extend the drain line down, you said something about it being too short, mines too short. How did u extend it with just a coupler and short piece of same pvc size? Thanks for the video!
This is the same problem I have and the guys at Home Depot recommended an adaptor but it didn’t fit. Where did you find the converted seal washer and nut?
You're killing me with those toilet bolts, and hardibacker screws. And FYI, he pointed out the wrong measurements for angle stop versus faucet. Right numbers, wrong orientation.
Couldn’t make it past 3 1/2 minutes bro all I recommend is getting your sizes right and terminology correct because some people go and get the wrong parts or sizes
Excellent tutorial. Very detailed. 👊

Shouldn't sink be mounted to 2x4? What IF there is no 2x4 there where the sink goes.
@@TheMegaVoter Use wall anchors.

I wish you would have shown how you screwed the basin to wall. It’s a tight space. Is it better to use lag screws for basin?
Screw with a washer. Or blots etc. whatever you got handy

By chance any link to this specific pedestal sink?
Sorry , was gifted
I'm doing the same sink right now
Nice. 👊
What if there isn't a stud to anchor the sink
Use bolts that can anchor to the Sheetrock
Why didn’t the homeowner want to fix that janky drywall behind the sink????
Not my call. Lol
First of all thank you
