    When we are down, we have a rule : its ok to be negative but not for more than 5 mins, set a timer in your phone, keep it aside, cry and shout as much as you want and say whatever is inside but !! when the alarm rings, just listen to good and high music after that as Drishti said here 5:05 , and be normal and positive after that

      Nobody can stay positive 24/7 , we are humans n have all tyoes of emotions , which we feel throughout the day or month n theres nothing wrong about it! Important thing is dont suppress any emotion just because it is sad or negative , feel n process it. If someone is claiming that you can be positive all the time then that is toxic positivity , which not healthy!
      Also always if one keeps chasing one achievement after another, and make that as the reason for their happiness, then their happiness will start depending on that thing! Always chasing and chasing is not solution, its ok if u dnt achieve everything together, its your journey not others validation!

    I recently started writing my dairy... Divided in 5 parts and I write my small n big achievements so that I don't suffer with imposter syndrome... N also negative thoughts... N it's really helpful...
    I left listening sad songs long long ago... Thankyou sooo much.. seeing you n your journey.... I just feel soooo much connected n relatable.... I will start this future gratitude Letter....❤️❤️❤️

    For being productive, I sometimes take a break. It may be of a day, a week, a month or 3-4 months as well, depending on my interest. And when I pick that subject again I am amazed by my productivity. I have a completely new perspective to solve the problems. All the dots automatically falls into place.

    I don't know why her video drops in my algorithm when I needed it most . Thank you so much 🫶 . I deal with my problems in two ways : 1. I surely go and see my friends face to face and have fun with them . 2 or i go to temple or just sit in nature and observe every single thing happened for ex - watching birds flying, leaves movement. It help me to calm my mind and relax .

    Aapne toh bohot kuch achieve kia h ma'am lekin hum jaiso ke liye kia.. Have been suffering since past 1 year gone through a lot anxiety attacks depression so much including medications I'm on anti depressent pills now still I'm trying to overcome it now I started meditating recently. Hopefully everything will be fine one day 🙏

    I recently saw this trend of creating VISION BOARD, like collecting pictures n quotes from google/Pinterest...and then creating one.
    I think that's a superb thing to make for getting enthusiastic about your month/year ahead.

It was my maths exam (pre-boards) today and it went so bad 😢 I expected myself to do better this time but I couldn't able to make it happen 😞 so there was so many negative thoughts running in my mind that I might not be able to do good in my boards also and I am a looser 😓

    Day before yesterday my cycle got stole from outside of my home and for others it might be just a cycle but for me it was my love it was something that I got after waiting for so long it was something that I never wanted to lose I cried a lot for it and got very negative for it but the last point of having a future gratitude letter felt really good to make myself feel a little better and hopeful that I'll get it and I even wrote a poem on it when i was crying
    😢 I wish I get her back

    I feel very low now because of my negative thoughts and mei yahi soch rahi thi ki iss negative se deal kaise karu because with in this negative thoughts I feel so much stressed . Think it how to stay with this situation.

    Hey , I saw your video in which you was telling that we should write a gratitude general . Fir instance, I thought that nothing will happen after being grateful and by writing a gratitude general . But , now I am thanking you because you introduced me to gratitude , after writing gratitude general for just 1 week I am feeling very blessed all the comparisons and insecurities are vanished

    When I feel low about my Dreams or Ambitions.
    I just open my Phone Gallery with a soothing or rock music.
    Or Play some Comedy Movies.
    And My all doubts were gone. ❤😊
