Hi, guys! Today, I'm gonna show you how to make a cup of hot chocolate.
It's not too sweet but it's not blend so it's perfect for me.
I took the real choco milk recipe and adjusted a little bit, which means you can have it cold, it'll still taste amazing!
• 🍫달콤 쌉사름~ 리얼 초콜릿 우유 만들기...
This recipe will make about 2 cups.
If you think it's too rich, add some more milk.
▶ingredient
20g sugar, 7g cocoa powder, 25ml water, 60g dark chocolate, 350ml warm milk
minor ingredients- hot milk, marshmallow, chocolate sauce
1) Add cocoa powder, sugar and water to a sauce pan and stir to combine.
2) When they're all combined, place the pan over low heat.
3) Once it starts to boil, remove it from the heat immediately, add the chocolate into the pan let stir until it's melted.
4) When it's melted and combined, add in the warm milk.
5) Place the pan back over low heat and bring it up to a boil. When it starts to boil, pour the chocolate mixture into a cup.
6) Prepare hot milk, preferably steamed, and froth it. Add a dollop of milk foam on top of the chocolate mixture and finish it off with some marshmallow, chocolate syrup or any decoration you like.

밍밍하지 않고 진하고 너무 달지도 않아서 딱 좋아요
리얼 초코우유 레시피를 살짝 수정했어요 차게 먹어도 맛있습니다!

대략 두잔 정도의 분량입니다
너무 진하다고 생각되면 우유를 추가합니다
▶재료 (2잔 분량, 10~20분소요)
설탕 20g, 코코아가루 7g, 물 25ml, 다크 초콜릿 60g, 따뜻한 우유 350ml
부재료- 뜨거운 우유, 마쉬멜로우, 초콜릿 소스
1) 냄비에 코코아가루, 설탕, 물을 넣고 섞어줍니다
2) 가루가 보이지 않게 섞은 다음 약 불에 올려 끓여줍니다
3) 끓기 시작하면 불에서 내려 초콜릿을 넣고 녹여줍니다
4) 초콜릿이 다 녹아 섞이면 따뜻하게 데운 우유를 넣고 섞어줍니다
5) 다시 약 불에 올려 살짝 끓으면 불에서 내려 컵에 부어줍니다
6) 뜨거운 우유를 준비해 우유 거품기로 거품내서 올려주고,
마쉬멜로우, 초코 소스등을 데코합니다

Hello, I prepared a warm chocolate dish today.

Ingredients (2 cups, 10-20 minutes)
20g/4tsp (granulated brown) sugar, 7g/~1 1/2tsp? cocoa powder, 25ml/5tsp water, 60g/2oz dark chocolate (maybe you can sub w milk/semisweet/dark choc chips), 350ml/24tbsp or ~1.4cups warm milk
Ingredients-hot milk (for whipped cream sort of thing), marshmallow, chocolate sauce
*Steps*
1) Mix 1 ½ tsp cocoa powder, 4tsp sugar and 5tsp water in a pot
2) Mix the powder invisibly and boil over low heat
3) When it starts to boil, put it in the fire and melt it with chocolate
4) Once the chocolate melts and mixes, take off heat, add warm milk and mix
5) Put it on the fire again and boil it slightly.
6) Prepare hot milk and whisk it with a milk whisk.
Pour into a cup, add whisked hot milk/whipped cream. Decorate with marshmallows, chocolate sauce, etc.

I tried it today too. The most tasty one, i can feel the coco but it doesn't overwhelm the chocolate flavour and it's just right in sugar, reading the amount of sugar made me skeptical on it being too sweet but it turned out just right! I could reduce the sugar a bit and make it for my parents too~

Hey, after several times of failing to make myself go to the kitchen to make this recipe, I've finally just did it! It's an amazing taste along with a slight thickish consistency. I'm never going back to those little packages of hot chocolate powder from the store (they always taste like water unless you add sugar, and even after that it's almost no cocoa taste🙄) and I want to thank you so much for this video!

If you mix the powder with a little bit of milk to form a paste and then add the rest with water it tastes really good and creamy

Maya Hussain oh wait, you mean that kind of chocolate? Oh you don’t have to absolutely use that chocolate, just use dark chocolate bar and break it up into small chunk. Just make sure to use dark chocolate with at least 50% cocoa

Also them: this looks delicious
Peppa Pig the water isn’t the base , it is there to keep the chocolate from touching the bare pan or else it will burn. Also, it is the base of the cocoa powder not the whole beverage. The main liquid is still the milk, you still get that butteryness from the milk and the mouthfeel.
