Hi there! Thanks for all these helpful informations. Just have a clarification. I tried the sample test provided by British Council and my answers with regards to time were not accepted. For example, if it is said that "no more than one word and/or a number", you should not write down "four years" as an answer. It would be wrong. Just scored 7.5 in listening. I understand all the tips but the options I came across in part 3 were much longer than what’s been shown in the video. I managed to read all the options beforehand but still found it hard to choose the correct ones while listening. 😢Thankfully, I got a 9 in reading which somehow balanced my overall band into 8. 😅

Thanks for the video, One more point which I think should have been discussed is mention of the right format to write time. For example, I was writing time as 07:30 AM which marked my answers as incorrect, and to correct it, I had to follow British time format: 7.30 am

I can sure say that it depends on student's level. If your level is pre-intermediate it is impossible to score 7+ band just in 7 days. Am I mistaken?
