@kentsj Thanks for stopping by. You turn the IR by pressing the far left button. Pressing it with a short press will toggle between, Thermal, Day and Night modes. Once you get into the Night mode, press the same key with a long hold and you will turn on the IR in LOW mode. Pressing it again will put it in Medium and once again will put the IR in HIGH. I hope this helps. If not Ill put it in greater detailed. As I do with all my viewer that comment, I invite you to subscribe if you have not done so already. CLO
The discussion of MOA/MRAD is a class in itself... Not hard to learn it.... But I get where you're only shooting a 28 yard zero.. not much to worry about. Good detail in your video series.. Thank you...
@brucewalters8974 I have been watching more videos on MOA. I will play with and see if I can explain it in a video. Thanks for stopping by. PS. If you have not subscribed already, I invite you to please do so.
Thanks for the comment. The scope is amazing for the cost. Congratulation on the new scope. If you have any other questions , feel free to ask. If I dont know the answer I will forward your question to the support person that I know. As always, I invite you to subscribe if you have not do so already. Trying to get to the 1000 milestone.
Thank you for taking the time to make these videos… I ordered the scope but have not received it yet… These video will help me with setting it up… I subscribe to your channel… Thanks Again Man…
glad you stopped by. And once you get it and have any questions, feel free to stop by and post it. If I dont have the answer, ill get it directly from DNT. Congrats on the new scope. Im sure you will enjoy it.
You didn’t mention that all values do not have to be in the same format (mm or inches/feet etc)you can mix and match. Also all values can be input straight into the scope so they do not have be done on the app.
@@terryaylward8178 I have thought of that when I did the video, but thought what is ever easier for the end user. I just used the IPad as a larger screen than the viewfinder. I hope that you have subscribed to my channel, and if not, this is an invite to do so. Thanks for stopping by and commenting. CLO
I'm curious about the supplied mount for the picatinny rails. How accurately does the mount return to zero when removed to the rifle and then remounted in the same position?
I have taken it off my Armada and put it back many time. it hold my 50y shots. the easiest way I have done this is i put a red laser light on my rifle. then put the laser on the cross hairs. Removed the scope and put it back on. the cross hairs land on the laser. I invite you to subscribe to my channel if you have done so already.
Thanks, friend! I watched all 3 videos. I’m trying to decide between this and a Zulus. Extra $$ for the thermal version, of course, but I wonder which you would recommend? My shooting is mostly squirrels, chipmunks, skunks, etc., up to a max of 50 yards. Thanks!
With out a question, the Thermnight scope. The reason is you can scan a tree and see a squirrel or chipmunk in the thermal mode. Otherwise you have to see it move before you know it its there. Just think, could I ever see the mice at night with out the thermal. Many times, i can see the mouse behind a leaf and shoot through the leaf and hit the target. I can't believe you would be disappointed in the better model. I hope I can could on you being a subscriber. I will be doing a review of the scope now that I have used it for a few months.
You and others have said the same thing. I think the way I am doing it is just fine. LOL. I dont know if you already have done it, but I invite you to subscribe to my channel. I am trying to get to 1000 before the end of the year.
Nicely done, Thank you. How is the IR function activated?

Good tutorial video on that scope. It’s really nice to see both the screen and what buttons to hit. Thanks CLO

So now that you have your ballistics calculator all set up, how do you use it? 😂 How do you set your distance to get your hold overs?
