I've seen drivers here in Indonesia, when they let someone cross or out of a junction, they'll put their hazard lights on to indicate such. I also noticed a 'jeepney' type vehicle quite early in the vid on the left. I never knew Thailand had such vehicles similar to the Philippines
I think that is the first time I have ever seen anyone stop at a pedestrian crossing in Thailand, the person crossing the road must have thought you were playing a prank 😂😂😂
If Chanya doesn't know the English translation for something, she can say it in Thai and we, the viewers, can easily lookup the translation, no problem. I love to learn how Thai is actually used as opposed to basic Thai lessons. I took a 100 lesson course, but you know how basic that is. Another excellent video, thank you.
I have thought about this before but I would also need to do subtitles and Romanized translations so it viewers would find it more helpful than just the audio. It means I need Chanya here to work that magic at edit time because I also get lost with the translations and the new AI LLM aren't much help yet!
Wazza off topic, are Mobile phones cheaper in Thailand than Aus? Mid range phone like Oppo Reno 12Pro (AUD$850), Xiaomi F6 Pro(AUD$720) not Apple over priced but good updates.
The Oppo Reno 12 Pro works out to be $935 AUD at this exchange rate but not sure if it's the same and AU model. The main problem is you'll need to match internals for a comparison so have a look online - bit.ly/4hbSXiD
Another fun day for Wazza and Chanya. Thanks for sharing suburbia life in Thailand
We love living here 🖖
Thank you
You're welcome 👍

It's interesting to see how similar modes of transportation pop up in different places.

There is a greater awareness these days. Even still, extra caution on the road can save a while lot of hurt explaining your innocence.
