Whenever I hear a "the Bills are done without Diggs and Davis" argument, I immediately discredit the source as knowing nothing about the Bills' last season. Diggs was nearly invisible down the stretch (they were deliberately demonstrating they can win without him), and Davis was never a true #2 and brought out his stone hands at the worst times. Also, if Diggs doesn't commit that egregious drop, the Bills beat KC in the playoffs. He's CJ's problem now.
so youre saying because they won 6 games without diggs being the main focus means the previous 4 years he was the reason they couldnt win? Davis was never a true #2 but set a playoff TD record, but that was down the stretch two years ago so Shakir will be better than that and we shall win!
@@rudign No. All I am saying is that national outlets who do not follow all teams at the same depth are overstating things when they say the Bills are in big trouble without Diggs and Davis. Yes, they were big parts of the offense over the years. However, as stated, the Bills went on a major run at the end of last season and Diggs and Davis played small parts in that. Brady showed they don't have to force everything through Diggs and can spread the ball around more. I expect even more of that this year, plus a big upswing in targets for Kincaid. That's why I believe this offense will, actually, be better than last years'. That flies in the face of what outlets like this are saying.

Fr, I know Sneed wouldn't be on this list if he was still with the Chiefs. Also, the Titans new defensive coordinator is literally the Ravens DB coach, and let's not forgot how he transformed Marlon Humphrey, Geno Stone, and Kyle Hamilton (probably some others too that I'm forgetting) into demons in the secondary. By the way happy birthday Marlon Humphrey! In other words, Sneed will be fine if not better with a new coordinator who has past experience working with and specializing in the development and skills of DBs.

doubtful that its a down year for Allen, Diggs was not a top 5 guy last year, even Greg Cosell said Diggs is no longer an elite WR1 anymore based on the tape. Dawkins is their best lineman (4 time pro-bowler and highest rated OL for the bills per PFF), Kincaid, knox, cook, shakir on the rise...and yes he had 18 picks and 50 TDS...so yeaahhh, Mahomes had 14 ints

The Najee take is absolutely terrible. Arther Smith loves power offense and Najee will thrive. Warren is a dawg, don’t get me wrong, but Najee will see more of a workload in this power offense. A competent QB room definitely doesn’t not equate to less RB volume/production.

Joe Burrow. He was just starting to get back to form from the preseason calf injury when he went down with the wrist injury. He is a top 3 QB when healthy, and he still has Chase and the afore mentioned Higgins. Add in 3rd round WR Germaine Burton and second year WR Yosivash and he still has some good weapons around him.

@@ADUSNExactly. Even if by some longshot Urban Meyer worked out in Trevor’s rookie year, that Jacksonville team would’ve been lucky to reach 7 wins and that’s if Lawrence wasn’t terrible that year. I consider him better than average, more of an above average QB but still has plenty of room to grow.

That’s true, having that even distribution of throwing to multiple receivers will make his life easier instead of having just one or two guys. Now while Allen wasn’t nearly the same guy in 2019 like he is now, he still found a way to make things work out the year before Stefon Diggs arrived. Now that Allen is more experienced, he can definitely do it again.
