Congratulations :) For a subscribers video/thing - how about an art contest to draw your channel mascot? I see you currently have coloured lineart for it, but think so many people would like to draw your character And then the video could be a top 10 of your favourite pieces? Or the chance for the art to become your icon/banner for a few months, or longer if you like it? Just ideas ... it's something I've done before and from experience have seen positive feedback from it :)

You could do a big vote, like where you name a bunch of cats and everyone votes on the best one. Then, you make a video with the results (Ex: Cinderpelt wins with ten votes, Brackenfur gets second with eight votes, etc(
