That plastic banding comes loose by hand. Flip it to get to the inside of the plastic where it is joined. Peel back the inside strip from the end.
Think Utah for the off road adventuring, lots of fun here, and not too many trees for the Raptor to have PTSD flashbacks over!

If you heat up the left fender and try to mold it back with your hands you could get it looking good but it won’t be perfect
HR guys are the real deal. Only people I use for my LED needs for my Fords.

Yeah, but putting gears in and putting them in right are two different things. I didn't see any gear marker on the teeth of the ring and pinion, so I sure hope that the gear mesh is good and the pinion lash is set. We'll find out when he drives it.

The Raptor is such a cool, mean looking truck. Makes you wonder why GM or RAM have never built a competitor (though I guess a Ram 1500 TRX is in the works). These trucks hold their value really well to, and good luck buying a new one at sticker price apparently; they usually sell above sticker by a tidy margin.

@Westin, I've got those Morimoto lights on my Raptor. Don't forget to remove all the ballast boxes on the back of the lights the boxes are for Halogen conversions. Raptors all come with LEDs and If you leave them in line they will eventually cause you all kinds of weird lighting issues and codes. Been there.

Looking good! At this point, here in my part of Texas, we would put on a Ranch Hand front bumper replacement with grill guard because of all the deer on our roads. They are heavy duty for sure. I know you set out to return it to stock condition. Living the progress!

Looking good that Raptor. I'm 67 years young, am I too old for a new pet raptor? I know it's too tall for this old guy to get up into. I bet that the seats are nice and comfy and the ride is it soft and cozy like the 95 Buick Roadmaster I once owned. I don't think that the misses would go for a new truck rather than a newer home, moving out of the suburbs and back into the country. Wait a minute, in the country, you can hunt raptors there. Maybe I can still get one.

I’ve had strep throat 3 times in my 38 years, and it’s very painful. Amoxicillin always knocked it out for me, the next day I’d start feeling better
Amoxicillin messed up my gut microbiome. I read it could take over a year for the bacteria to return to normal. Didn't have strep nor the flu, so not sure if it helped me lol. I hate the strep test though...
I'm not even a Ford guy and I love this Raptor.

The only thing in El Paso is mesquite bushes and cactus. If they hit a tree probably down in the valley along the Rio Grande. You can try going up near Santa Fe.

How bout buying an 8 foot bed from another PU and cut / extend the new frame.. You get frame material from the old one... a full cab, full bed Raptor would be SO cool!

When you go to get the windshield replaced, make sure they go off the vin or look at the middle bottom of

Hey western when you shoot some paint on the raptor gloss black the fenders and rear tub fenders would make it look as tough as having two sets of nuts ,,, oh by the way you guys are a blast to watch fixing cars y'all do a great job ... As for a bumper bar should wrap the rig in an aluminium bull bar from Australia ..
That whole process look SO labour intensive! Unless you paid like $50 for the wreck I can't see how you make it work on a business level. In any case you seem to have a great gang of cheerful, skillful, loyal assistants there. I got drawn into your vids by the blue Peterbilt restoration (I'm an English Peterbilt nut) but then got kind of hypnotized by the rest of the Cummins swaps etc. My wife doesn't get it at all; I just tell her "guy stuff". Your vids are such fun that they saved me from a bad bout of depression so thanks for that. Well, you guys plus Brian and Stewie! Great stuff.
