then declaired 7700.

You won't find live ATC feed from Spain on the internet, I think it is prohibited to upload it on real time.

Because they are native speakers. Here's some things that will help you understand a bit
Descenso nivel de vuelo = descend flight level
Suba a nivel de vuelo = climb flight level
Contacto Radar =Radar.
MIL Catorce relates to the QNH. Controllers can say QNH UNO CERO UNO CUATRO or Mil Catorce
