    The bad part is the support took it longer than expected to respond. I can't find printer show on the Select Printer option --thinking of return the product (Siser Remeo)

    I regret buying the Siser Juliet, I can't open the windows program,it says can't connect to printer. I guess IL go back to Cricut

    HELP!!!!! I Just purchased my machine, I did the setup, registered and got LDS Pro, for some reason I can't get a canvas to design on there is a popup to purchase vinyl, but no screen to design with all the tools etc. do I need to reinstall? I am on a Mac... totally confused, the machine does look nice would love to be able to use it

    how do i delete a file that I saved in LDS

      When you save a file in LDS it stores locally on your computer. You will have to go to your computer file manager and delete it from there 👍

    I purchased my Romeo about 3 weeks ago, and the Pro software. I have learned so much fro the different tutorials I've watched on TH-cam. However, after I setup my art board and printer settings for print and cut, once the design has been set, the mat is now blank, and no print options are anything. I just did the Mac update, and this software is still doing the same. It wasn't doing this a couple days ago when I was doing print and cuts.

      There is a new update that corrected this issue with MAC

      @@SiserNorthAmerica I’ve done the Mac update. I can now see my art work, but now after selecting my printer settings the program completely shut down.

      Patrick. I have been having major issues for the past couple of days.. since Wednesday this past week to be exact. I purchased my juliet on October 6, and ever since, I must have had to calibrate around 10 times or so.. nevertheless, it would work, letting me get back to my projects with precise cuts.. I love it when it's good. But just this past Wednesday, it's been downhill for me. No matter how many calibrations, firmware update and cleaning of lens.. i get no consistency in my cuts.. I'm actually typing and calibrating at this moment.. i did contact your team, but i have to wait until Monday for them to contact me back. I did send videos of my calibration and the aftermath of my attempted projects.. need help Pat!
