And when you saw this lot at Margate what did you think ? I'm 71 and been a ub40 fan since the early 80's and soon realised been conned cause this crap was advertised as ub40 featuring Ali & astro. Well ub40 it most certainly was not, in allmy years of watching live bands never seen a band go off stage & no response from the crowd to get them. With this lot we didn't even get the full set, cause of no crowd response. I was tempted to go to trading standards to report misleading advertising re the concert.
UB40, is the name of a BAND, not individuals, if u leave that named band as individual's u r not entitled to take the name ! Example Paul McCartney @ WINGS, not Paul McCartney @ The Beatles. We are entitled to air our personal opinion on things & I will stand by mine until the 'darkside' comes too claim me l
I watched a interview with robin saying that he was thinking about going to court to claim the name he needs to remember it was Ali and astro that got him were he i s today and Ali's voice is pure class astro a legend but what I liked about Ali and astro that made me laugh was he told him that what he wanted was a government bit of paper millions had to sign on the cold to which they were all doing at the time they first started out so robin should think on he wouldn't be were he is now if not for Ali's voice pure class astro legend missed all around the world
