I have the Rally Pro 390 2017 model..and just bought Gale pump..and I have decided to remove all the extra fittings and keep only the main connection for my Awning...just like you see in the video, they only get in the way and make the job more difficult, so I will put the extra fittings in a safe place in case I ever need them...pity that Kampa did not provide a storage bag, box and polystyrene are awkward! !!!...So I will maybe make one myself. .poor show Kampa! !!
We could not take the nozzles off for the film because it was the very first production model that had been flown in for Kampa and we borrowed for an hour, but we agree that taking the nozzles of is easier. The bag would be nice but then the price goes up above £50. Its a difficult call!!

Great video,thanks........... can you tell me please, when you take down awning after use or holiday, Do you repeat process with pump ie in deflation mode, if facility exists on pump?? Or do you have to squeeze awning to release air manually ie by hands?? TY.

Hi Dave I’ve got the gale pump / I’ve brought the kampa 390s grande could you tell me what psi I need to go to on the gale pump to fully inflate without putting stress on the tubes ? Many thanks
It should tell you the tube pressure on the instructions which are usually on a tag in the bag

kampa show you everything about the kampa 400 apart from one thing and that is how do you remove the panels
The Panels have a 4-way zip system, make sure that two runners are at each end of the awning panel and then just slide out the zip like you would take a coat off.

Will a Vango Airbeam valve attach to one of the many adapters that comes with this pump?
it can be made to fit with a use of a few of the adaptors
We are thinking of getting an Outwell Holidaymaker 600 tent, would we be able to use this to blow it up, not sure if it comes with the correct nozzle?
It does come with a selection of nozzles and will have one to fit the Outwell tent.

This pump will work fine with the Ace 400 Just screw it onto the main inflation valve.
Will the kampa gale fit my berghaus telstar8 tent

Does one of those adapters fit the outdoor revolution airedale tent?
Wow 3 minutes, and that's on a small awning, I was expecting quicker. I think I'll stick with the manual pump.
For some of our customers they are relaxed about the time but dont have the energy to do all the pumping and just leave the pump to get on with it!
Plus you can fit ladder bands and begin some of the pegging.
When we setup our awnings, we always use the Gale electric pump.

The attached fittings are a pain in the arse. The spigots on one fitting have snapped off. Takes ages too
When customers purchase the pump from us we do advise to remove the fittings they don't need and keep them safe, I am sure if you speak to the retailer you purchased the pump from they will help you.
