is the diffucilty of these questions about the same of the real exam? Mock tests on my book are more challenging...

These are questions from past TOEIC tests. So the difficulty should be somewhat comparable.

How many answers are you allowed to fail to attain a C1 Level?

Apparently, a TOEIC score of 945+ is equivalent to C1. The maximum score of the TOEIC test is 990.
