Hey folks! Today we're going to dive into the topic of mycotoxin detox approaches using common binders. This video is specifically for those who suspect exposure to mouldy environments and are dealing with all the common symptoms like feeling toxic, sluggish, and having adverse reactions to food and the environment.
We'll start by understanding what mycotoxins are and how they can be toxic, as well as their ability to suppress immune function. It's important to recognize that eliminating mycotoxins from the body naturally can be quite challenging for many individuals. That's why we need to support the detoxification process with binders.
Throughout the video, I'll be discuss various binders that I have found helpful in the Byron Herbalist clinic. First, there are prescription binders like cholestyramine and colesevelam, commonly used for high cholesterol but also effective in eliminating mycotoxins. We'll also explore natural binders such as activated charcoal, which has a broad affinity for different mycotoxins. Bentonite clay is another powerful natural binder, especially for aflatoxins, gliotoxins, and zearalenone. We'll touch upon zeolites as well, but it's important to consider their effectiveness and quality.
Moving on, we'll talk about chlorella, a gentle binder with alkaline properties and nutritional benefits. Incorporating fiber into your routine can also aid in detoxification. Flaxseed, chia seed, psyllium husk, and hemp seeds are great options to promote bowel movements and support the elimination of toxins. You can easily add these binders to your daily smoothies or other meals.
Lastly, let's discuss the role of probiotics in mycotoxin detoxification. Specific strains of lactobacillus and Saccharomyces species are potent binders of mycotoxins and also have antifungal properties. They can effectively bind to aflatoxins, ochratoxins, zearalenone, and more. Additionally, certain probiotics have beneficial effects on the body's antioxidant system and can help combat fungal overgrowth.
I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to all of you for watching this video. If you found the information helpful, please don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe to my channel for more valuable content. I'm always open to suggestions for future video topics, so feel free to let me know what you'd like to learn about next.

Also for those suppersensitive people for detoxing mold ive been there. In the book Toxic by Neal Nathan he talks about starting out as low as 1/16 of a teaspoon of even less and building up very very slowly and still sees huge benefits for his clients. That's how low I had to start with some of them. In particular chlorella and bentonite. May be of benefit to someone out there to know ✌

I had to deal with mould on a really limited budget and I found wild dandelion greens (like a salad for 4 but all to yourself daily), dandelion root tea, and raw garlic (a lot - 2 - 3 large raw cloves daily!) in conjunction with molybdenum helped a lot. Also going wheat and sugar free.

Every month I noticed significant improvements. About 6 months out I really felt a lot better. And this was while still in an environment where I couldn't exactly eliminate the mould, either. Excellent video. I've been on this health journey for so long. I have a super sensitive gut lining, can't eat chia seeds, hemp seeds, linseed or any seeds or grains except for millet. Trying to heal the gut. I think it was long term stress and mould exposure that made it weak. Oregano oil is another good one - but go really slow. I pull apart capsules and try micro doses to see if I react, which is a good way to go. I don't have a problem with constipation but for other people, the best results I've seen is getting into the green juices - especially raw green cabbage, coriander, parsley, chlorella, ginger, tumeric, avocado - drink one of those and you will be going to the toilet 4 x a day! Everyone is different, there are so many chemicals and toxins out there. Not to mention the EMF radiation. Some days are good, some days are not so good. Try to keep it simple and find out what works for you. Subscribed. Thank you - lovely energy.

God bless this man for sharing a wealth of knowledge. I have an autoimmune disease which may be exacerbated by mycotoxins or perhaps was caused by a fungus. I have sarcoidosis. Of course, like everything else the medical profession does not know why we get it. However, I found one study that linked it to bats, when I was 19 or 20 I went to a gigantic Batcave in the tropics, was stupid and didn’t think about what I would be breathing in was too young to look at the big picture and see that probably the bats been flying in and out of this cave for 100,000 years or more and I was probably standing on 5 to 10 feet of guano and bat urine that has been percolating there forever. I can remember barely being able to breathe. It was so bad. I work at a hospital now and I test peoples lungs as a respiratory therapist. The last four out of five people that I tested that had sarcoidosis confirmed they had been in a Batcave. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire, I believe. Anyhow, I have had blood work that shows my mycotoxin levels are up on three out of the five or six mycotoxins they checked for. I take a ton of supplements for detox already, but I am adding the binders now. Hope it works. Hope is all I have now

Interesting reading this because I have past exposure to my home having mold with very debilitating symptoms. I now own a home that we didn’t know had a large amount of bats living in the walls and ceilings of our home. They were literally right above our bed in the ceiling. We got a bat removal service to remove the 80 plus bats. However the bats he said had been coming here for years and u could see the guano in the attic too where they once lived there too. One of the A/C units is up there in that attic and I fear that is what is currently making me sick. I feel awful and having sever belly bloat, anxiety, insomnia, joint pain and massive brain fog. On the rare occasions I would have a glass of alcohol I would wake the next morning with a massive headache and entire body riddled in pain so I no longer drink any alcohol. I know something is toxic in our home and we have had numerous roof leaks that the leaks have been fixed but at one point the dry wall was mushy because of the water leaking from the roof. It has dried out from the outside but I have no idea what could be going on inside the walls in addition to bat feces behind the walls and in the ceilings and the attic. I feel slightly better when I am not inside the house but I work from home so mostly I am in the house. I am so scared and have wondered if the bat feces behind the walls etc could be making me sick and possibly mold even though I do not see visible mold. The bat removal guy said it is worse to open walls & ceilings to remove the bat feces bc it will then become airborne if disturbed. We recently did a partial home remodel of the master bath and master closet and there was bat feces in the insulation and down the wood along with an enormous amount of roach feces. It’s a beautiful home but the people who lived here before us did nothing about the bats or roaches so now we have a combination of things that could potentially be making me sick. We had an air quality test done yesterday and will get results back in about a week.

Energetic means are the only way to really get rid of pathogens and their toxins. Anything else is much less efficient. If you want to know what to use that works the best and can be used for free I can tell you. You can start with.... But if people have been brainwashed to only use what they think are chemical means, and further brainwashed to actually believe they have to ingest or remove something, then there's no reason to get into it. I too however have had a huge home mould problem. There are also ways that work to rid it in the floors etc without tearing the walls open.

Wow, great video. I'm believe that I'm in the hypersensitive category. Tried using cholestyramine twice, but had to stop. The second time it seemed to be going well, but my stomach was hurting 24-7 and could not sleep. I stopped and it took a week for my stomach to recover. Dr. started me on Activated Charcoal. I got a set of spoons starting at 1/64 tsp. so that I could start very gradually. I take the capsule apart and reload it. I've been increasing at 1/64 increase per week. At one point I tried to increase by 1/32 tsp but started feeling really bad, so I dropped back down 1/64. After over 2 months I'm now up to 9/64 tsp. A full capsule is 12/64 tsp so I'm at 3/4 of a capsule.
I've read and been told that the binders attract the mycotoxins to come out, but don't remove excess that they pull out which is why I start to feel bad due to the increase load on my body
So my question is when you say "VERY GENTLE" referring to chlorella, Flax seed and chia seed do you mean that they tend to remove the toxins that are existing in the bile, but do not tend to pull out an excessive amount?

Saw mention on "neuropsychiatic clinical mold symp" YT vid mention of why binders may cause reactions. Wonder if low bile would the bile binders be bad (wonder how know if low bile)? Have tried charcoal but drank 4 cups of water with it , it helped brain focus and thought was due to microbiome inbalance as read in a book on SCD (diet heal digestion) that some bacteria make damaging stuff for intestines. Dont use often since it also binds to nutrients you eat. Read chlorella binds to heavy metals but may cause recirculation. I ground flax seed fresh. Others may be high oxalic acid. S boulardii caused me to be very C which read is uncommon. You have a great voice to listen to this type of info !

Great presentation and straight forward!!!! I was doing well on fulvic acid but after a month started reacting to it (hives). Then tried a glutamine/healthy gut combo powder and had a Candida/Sjrogens like flare that I’m working at to calm down. Feels like I’m starting at square one. 😢
Question: a lot of info on drainage homeopathics before binding. Do u see that being necessary? I kinda feel as long as the bowels are working just binding would do the trick. Would love your thoughts 😊😊. Thanks again so much!! You’ve helped me so much in just a few videos.

If mold was breathed in, how do I get it out of my lungs? Is the approach different from the one you illustrated in the video? Fiber + Chlorella! Thanks for your informations!

He's missing all the caveats. For example, cholesterol lowering drugs increase risk of gallstones. Activist Tamara Rubin is testing beno clay and finding all contaminated with lead and many with cancer causing cadmium. Also, author Debra Lynn Dadd took zeolite liquid for a long time and died from stomach cancer. Unless one does independent testing how do we know a company is reputable, that their product isn't contaminated? I don't want to increase my cancer risk with binders or lose my gallbladder.

Eat more fats. Fats are the best way to pass the stools. Cook with Ghee, real butter from grass fed beef. Unless you're vegan. I would recommend cooking with more coconut oil. If you're not allergic to coconuts. There's vegan ghee also. Made from coconut oil. But eating more fats is normally a solution for your specific problem. I know cause I suffer from it. Also drink mineral oil. It's helped me a whole lot. 😊

Mercury can and does cross the blood-brain barrier. Fat-soluble alpha lipoic acid (ALA) is a chelator that helps clear mercury from organs, like the brain, and tissues. Water-soluble DMSA, a chelator used in combination with ALA, takes care of the mercury in the bloodstream. Check out Andy Cutler's chelation protocol.

The one you get at sprouts is totally fine. I've also tried this really cool Georgia red clay. I remember when I was pregnant that they would say there's a condition that affects black women where they would eat the clay and crave dirt. The South is hot and humid and moldy, obviously it was not a disorder. It it was the body craving detox! But I bet they just never understood that because a lot of doctors don't even believe mold illness is real of course we would never trust women to know what's best for their bodies!
