@ryan mollgaard Wow really? 😃 Haha thanks so much!! That’s really kind of you to say! ❤️ I always try to make my NFS videos immersive when recording! Glad you enjoyed the video! Thank you for watching! ❤️😊
An extremely underrated feature of this game. The immersion and pacing (for the most part) is phenomenal. The cops feel like a threat and sound like one too. Nowadays NFS games have childlike chatter with basic 3rd grade insults. It’s rather annoying and affects the game on a far greater level than the developers realize. Whether it’s for appeal or just politics is unknown to me but regardless the old chatter is amazing and I wish they would bring it back.
@@Anthony-pm8qi Well said. The new NFS games just seem to be in an infinite loop of the same mistakes - childish radio chatter, which not only paints a disrespectful and unrealistic image of the cops, also just completely breaks immersion and kills the feeling of stakes and urgency by making them seem so unthreatening. In MW you feel like you are fighting for survival, like you are fighting a war against impossible odds. You FEEL like YOU are serious business, a bad guy on the run, because of the tone of how the police speak. They are taking you seriously in these chases, and that makes the tone of the chases serious. Intense. Add on to that the dramatic music, the overcast skies and rain, the helicopters flying above and its really just a work of art. New NFS games miss the mark so much. Heat was actually kinda close to making something good, there was potential there, but they just had to flounder it with the dialogue, presumably because its trendy nowadays to hate on police nowadays and portray them as dumb selfish morons, when in reality they are usually some of the most intelligent, quickest thinking people out there who take their jobs seriously and do what they do out of a pure, empathetic desire to protect others. Now THAT is a police force that is worth taking seriously and fearing in a videogame where you essentially play as a repeat-offender criminal who constantly endangers (and straight up kills) civilians and cops whilst being on the run. Not some bunch of angsty moustache-twirling clowns like in Heat.
That's what I was thinking too when I got back into this game. I'm not a cop but I am going into law enforcement, and understand enough to be immensely impressed. This game was far beyond its time and easily has the best chatter out there
Dispatch in particular sounds pretty on point. It's pretty funny how in other games like GTA or the other NFS games where the cops yell commands to pull over and taunt you over the loudspeaker. Chases in this game were something else, don't think I've ever experienced a chase so intense in any other game. The music, the chatter, the sound design and the set pieces fit together so well. Truly one of the best urban racing games of all time
What about Rivals? The cops are literally OP and deadly as hell and they are destined to kill you, unlike Most Wanted's cops which use traditional pursuit methods. In Rivals they will just fuck you up to death and their AI are literally smart. They know who you are and you are already a Most Wanted racer at the beginning of the game. The cop chase soundtrack is really intense, it has the combination of MW 2005, Carbon, and Undercover in one soundtrack. Intensity 03 is the most powerful because those themes are the true definition of *OH SHIT I'M GONNA FUCKING DIE.* Rivals has 10 heat levels but Heat Level 10 is an actual challenge, because all cops will by driving hyper cars instead of Corvettes (Veyron, Agera R, One:1, F1 LM, Venom GT, Murcielago, Aventador, Carrera GT, One-77, just every cop car in the book), they are destined to slaughter you with their deadly weaponry that Hot Pursuit had back then except there are new additions which are the ESF, SHRAM, SHWAV, and the Stun Mine. You can run from them but you can't hide forever, because they will always know where you're hiding.
Looks like you never played Rivals before my guy. Rivals' cop chases are better than MW 2005. They even surpassed the AI of Most Wanted's cops and ranked #1 on cop difficulty. They're similar to Hot Pursuit but more stronger and has 10 heat levels. Instead of just Corvettes chasing you, the game will literally throw you with cops driving hypercars such as the Veyron, Agera, One:1, F1 LM, One-77, Murcielago and Aventador, or any cop car in the game. They can also summon 3 choppers in a single pursuit and drop dozens of buffed spike strips. And the ESF is literally a nutkick in Rivals, because if you get hit by one, you're fucked.
@@ralphlorenzperolino3054dude you won my heart describing all this, I've literally been thru every sort of a cop chase in rivals and let me tell you it's hell on the earth, the amount of work the devs put into the AI is immaculate, my favourite nfs game EVER

14:34 AI failure of the heli it was supposed to spawn but since it went off map he actually got rid of it hence why its just floating in the sky near that building but eventually it gets back on him
This and Rivals had the most intense pursuits hands down. Their pursuit music is really intense even if you are on lower heat levels. MW 2005 players had the fear of facing those Corvettes chasing them including Cross himself. You start a pursuit, it becomes too easy to escape. Not until you reach Heat Level 5 where shit has hit the fan, where Cross participates in a pursuit. If you get hit by a spike strip, you're toast. However, Rivals was on another level because the cops are driving elite hypercars starting on Heat Level 7 such as the Veyron, Agera, One:1, and the Venom GT. They're the most deadliest cops in the franchise, since they will be also equipped by deadly pursuit tech. Everyone will be arrested by the cops, including you. Also, they're very hard to outrun against with since they rubberband too much, and can call 2 choppers, this is very common. There is also a chance that they can spawn 3 choppers, that can drop spike strips above you.
Try Burnout Paradise's Marked Man mode with the Kitano Custom or another lightweight car. You pretty much have no choice but to run for your life as you're being chased by 4 cars that spawn about 2-3 minutes after you take them out. Thank God the AI is dumb as a sack of bricks.
@@CantThinkOfANameLmfao Rivals dethroned MW 2005 in terms of cop difficulty. No one will ever match the intensity that Rivals had, Heat and Unbound can't even do that. When will you learn? MW 2005 had good police chases, but Rivals nailed it out of the park. Imagine Heat Level 10, and you're sitting on your hideout, then some motherfucker driving a Koenigsegg tries to destroy you along with his cop henchmen driving Veyrons and Venom GT's, plus they are armed with deadly fucking weapons? Plus they will kill you off the road at 200 MPH above with dozens of helis dropping spike strips in front of you, and more players are working together to destroy you and your car? Rivals' cops are literally super fucking deadly, and they are going to wipe you out from existence. Better than Most Wanted.
You have to think quicker in Rivals because the cops in that game are brutal as hell. They're similar to Most Wanted 2005 and Hot Pursuit 2010 but more on a deadly approach. Cross can be terrifying to you, but the Venom GT in Rivals is the Speed Demon on wheels. Including the Agera R and the Veyron.

1:33:46 Most tense cooldown ever
This guy is a beast! My respect
Dude i beat this game 17 times at least & never realized there was a hard mode with a lvl 10 heat lvl SMFH i HAVE TO GET THIS GAME AGAIN ITS MY FAVORITE NFS ... Last time i played this i was 16 i remember restarting the game if i didnt win the pink slip so i could have every custom car 😂 & spamming the pursuit in the beginning so i didnt have to worry about bounty when i rose up ... Allthough the cops were never a problem for me to beat it just made it easier & faster to beat i even had a specific route i would take to keep the cops on me & a almost guaranteed getaway when i wanted to get rid of them ugh this was my favorite racing game of all time good memories thank you
bro is a menace for society
When I started watching the Heat 10 pursuit, I feel like I needed to say this: _(ahem)_
_"Hey hotshot! Hey, thanks for helping us out! We've been able to pick up _*_every_*_ Blacklist racer, thanks to you! Now I'll take that into consideration if you give yourself up! So, what's it gonna be?"_
I didnt know Vìn Diesel had a youtube channel
This is just 1 hour and 38 minutes of proof that pursuit music makes the chase soooo much better.
Thanks to the official sponsor of this hot pursuit - Rockport Oil Unlimited®️
This right here will get a 1million veiws I feel it.
This mod is the best out there
The devs really did put effort into this game. The pursuit soundtrack is split into pieces for things like reckless driving and they made the transitions so clean it's hard to notice it.
Bro, i have never played this nfs (at least from what i know) but when i watch it...oh the music kicks hard
No matter how fast ur car is the crown vics will always be on your ass
1:40 Wow, how did that happen? This is the first time I've seen a car explode in this game
All nostalgia 😢 i remember the 2010 when i arriving from school and in the saturdays from the catechism class i played this game every hours. it will always lives in my heart those simples times
I can't believe it took me till today to learn that the timer for pursuits starts counting hours once you get to your sixtyith minute.
Me escaping valve hq after stealing the valve
I was really hoping you'd escape "thankfully" you did such pro driving just unbelievable, how you kept on driving for that long I don't know, also you should have like over few million views not 21k mate for that effect 👍
@FoRzA x LeGeNDz Thank you! That means a lot to me ❤️ I’m glad you enjoyed the video! I think I was playing this really late at night that day to lol but I had a lot of fun doing this! Thanks for watching! :)
@@ANAKIN256 tbh, I took me 2 nights to watch your long pursuit on TH-cam to avoide me sleeping to late 😬
@@xLegendblaster7Oh wow! haha didn’t think many people watched it all the way through I’m glad you enjoyed it! ❤️☺️
@@ANAKIN256 also the pursuit soundtracks have a great tune when listening throughout the whole video, I was interested in what the difference is for how the police cars look during conditions 6 - 10 since I never knew what the cars were from after condition 5, becuase I used to go it myself and only have condition 1 - 5, but I never seem to use the slow motion ability to make my driving easy 😬😄
@@xLegendblaster7 Haha yeah the slow motion ability is really fun to use at times makes it feel like a cool racing movie! And when I first got to mod my game to Heat 6-10 that was an awesome first experience! I remember before I had a pc I tried to search up how to install a 6-10 Heat level mod for my Xbox 360 haha fun times 😂😅
WOW you are really good at it 😲 they got me everytime even on lower heat since the game lauched... everytime i make some mistake :D but hey, it was awesome to see how you dance around the cops 👍
@Keiiko Ai Thank you I’m glad you enjoyed it! That means a lot to me! ☺️ I wasn’t very good at first either but hey it just takes some practice. The slow motion ability can help a lot too! Maybe try that more :)
01:24:40 This guy has X-ray on
@Miyav Bey Lol yeah haha! XD
Well police cars will randomly patrolling around the area, and he didn't toggle the hiding. If he toggle the hiding cops would be blind
You can see the cop turning the corner to find the perp
@@yoru8815idk why the game do this, hes literally in the hiding spot
I will say that I feel like NFS Rivals is probably the only closest thing that had the intensity that Most Wanted carried throughout its pursuits
Rivals surpassed Most Wanted's cops for 1 reason, and those are the weapons and their car of choice. As soon as you reach Heat Level 10, dozens of cops driving Hypers will chase and annihilate you with their deadly weaponry, plus 2 - 3 choppers will be pursuing you as well.
Bro is the most most wanted
Parabéns! Você é melhor piloto da NFS MOST WANTED! Foram mais de 1 hora fugindo da polícia você dirige muito fácil, parabéns irmão!
Great vid man! May god bless you.
Call everyone?
E V E R Y B O D Y!
I only played this game on my uncle's pc when I'm at the holiday, but sometimes he uses it so I don't play it that much, and when I'm back from the holiday I only have a Lenovo tablet which I can't download nfsms on it so I am bored, I came to watch your video and it's really nice good job I really like and the way you are so kind so I will subscribe
@Amalia kalomo Thank you for your lovely comment! ❤️ I’m very happy you enjoyed the video. :) I love your name btw always liked that name. :) I’m sorry to hear you’re not able to play nfsmw sometimes. I hope you’re able to get a good pc one day. ❤️🤞
@@ANAKIN256 ok thank you
@@AlexasticAlex4 No problem ❤️
I kinda wish the mod utilise all the cops' voice clips, and I mean every single clips. Even the ones mentioning condition 7 to 10
You attained more bounty than my entire childhood self did in the whole game.
32:55 The biggest of car crash
that was fun to watch! good stuff!
Best ASMR video of my life
You are a clean driver.
Thankfully no pedestrians were out walking that day.
