Run Plan! As a beginner, Never-Before-In-My-Life runner, I have spent the last 15 months doing easy running and building up my k's and,strength training. Have no idea when or how to add threshold runs, intervals etc.
Hi Alyssa! Thank you for your comment! The good news is you have done it right. Most novice runners start adding in faster running first before building a solid base foundation like you have. Now is that time to start to add in some faster elements of running. I would recommend you start with adding in strides.
