You just need to prove that you have the intention to return and have ties to your country. However if your boyfriend is a US citizen, there is a chance it will be denied under INA 214b
There are no documents per se to show except if you have a job show employment letter, if you have properties show it, etc. It all depends on the officer, they might not ask for anything and yet approve it. Others will ask for a lot and still deny it!

I have 2 questions. i) Can I resubmit the DS160 Form and go on the same appointment or I would have to get a new one? (I did some research and found out that I can. we need to know why it was denied actually. If it is under INA 214B, you can reapply if under 212, then you might need a waiver.
