The curtain hooks have to be installed during assembly. If you want both mosquito net and privacy curtains, you have to order extra hooks before assembly since there is no way to put them in afterwards. There is only enough for the included bug netting. Hooks may be included with privacy curtains but I have not ordered any yet.
Putting up the 10x 12 the frame wasn’t too bad but it his roof is a nightmare had to walk away maybe I’ll finish it up today lol. Getting the holes lined up is the problem once it’s up it’s gonna be super nice. Like the ceiling fan in yours that awesome maybe I’ll try something like that too
I just finished putting up a 10x14. Erecting the 'skeleton wasn't bad. However, The roof panels are another story. Beside a couple panels being dented. It was a real struggle to get some of the holes to line up with the frame without modifying the grommets, bolt holes or substituting narrower bolts in places. Pushing, pulling, up and down the ladder. This is not for someone who does not have time or patience. I see why they skimmed over putting up the roof on the video because it was challenging to put it mildly.
It's a pretty nice gazebo. It's not going to blow away in the breeze. I would recommend attaching it, you can never tell when inclement weather will threaten it.
Dennis great video. Would you verify the dimensions of this Gazebo is in fact 14' x 16'? I've searched for a 14' x 16' but could only find a 12' x 16'. If those are the correct dimensions where did you purchase this kit?
Problem: In your assembly, in the manual AND in the Sojag Moreno video, the angle braces appear to be attached incorrectly. Why would they be angle cut one one side to fit neatly UNDER the ogee, yet you attach them with the angle cut on the outside. It seems like everyone is connecting them incorrectly, even the Sojag people. The way you and the Sojag assemblers place them, they end up being in the way of the sliding screens. I doubt that the designers planned them that way.
Did you have any issues with attaching the rainguards to the roof panels? Mine seem to fall off when I try to slide the roof panels in place. They don't attach very well.
I've got a 10x10 gazebo (same one in your video but slightly smaller) that needs to be transported about 4 miles. In your recommendation, is it easy to remove the 64 (approx) screws connected the roof to the legs?
Thank you for a nice video. Starting assembly on mine tomorrow

How do i add curtain hooks without disassembling half of the entire dang structure? Whats the easiest way to add hooks to this thing?

The roof was definitely challenging!
About to build a 10x10 for someone, alone. Wouldn’t it be easier to build the roof and install the legs under it?
13:38 - Sweet install of the fan. 🤙
It's aluminum grade on those Sojag zebos, right? How's it holding up with the elements now.
How sturdy is the gazebo? Did you have to secure this gazebo to the ground?

Awesome job
I could use one at each end of my pool----Question: How much wind will they withstand before coming apart?
I don't have any specs on that, if fastened down the are quite sturdy

I think he meant 12x16

Was this actually a 14 x 16 gazebo? That is the size I am looking for but cannot find that size. Where did you get it?
Thank You
It was an install, ordered by the client
How did you anchor the gazebo to the ground?
Tapcon cement screws
Where can I buy this size Sojag 14x16 Gazeboo?

We can’t get ours to stay on either.
Bought it back in 2017 still haven't unbox it may be will try to test my unboxing skills at least in my new place being built
I just purchased one of these. can I keep up when it snows?
Yes
You can make it very stable by filling posts with pea gravel
I just ordered one hopefully it’s easy as it looks tks
2 Questions: What sizes are the Allen keys (So I can get sized for my drill before mine is delivered.).. And What model is this?
Wonder how this would hold up with snow in the northeast .
Do you have a video of the sound when rain falls on it?
No sir. But it's an idea
Can you tell me how the gutters work? We plan to put this on our deck, where does the rainwater go?
from other videos I've seen the water is channeled down thru the inside of the uprights at the corners of the 4 posts and out th bottom.
@@alien4fish i dont think thats the way water travels. Mine leakes from the top corners it doesnt even channelled all way through the leg bars.
Does the roof slats go inside or outside to let water run off
You gave some very good pointers thank you.
Am confused with the net rails and extra curtain rails..how does this work🤷🏾♀️..please help because iam totally confused 👩🏾
Extra rail is for a solid curtain that can be installed along with the mosquito net.
Did you get the rain guards on?
We can’t get the rain guards to snap on.
We did the 10x12 fuck it was a bitch to do. Almost died. But it’s really nice all done now. Wife loves it.
did you really set all your pieces on rocks?
If you watched the video then you would know the answer.
Hi
How many boxes did you receive for this?

If you have a trailer or way of transport, and can do it safely, it's probably easier to take the whole roof....
Thanks!
Brutal...the way you assembled and dragged those pieces over the rocks. Cringe worthy.
Hello, Excellent work. How did you install the boards for your fan to the top of the gazebo?
