Gosh...what a selection. I am actually happy I don't live near a Wegmans (in fact, I don't even live in the US or Europe!). I am broke and it would be true hell to not be able to afford to try all these goodies. Oatmeal twice a day (with lots of fruit & nuts) and rice/broccoli/carrots/potatoes/beans for dinner for me. Basic but keeps me filled = happy = thankful. :)
Simple - yet delicious right? With such an amazing selection at Wegmans, what excuse do people have over there not to go plant-based? Where I live, we don't have vegan cheese or any fake meats, and plant milks are 5 times the price of cow's milk. It makes 'selling' the vegan lifestyle tougher, people assume you are either a crazy hippie or a rich hippie. But change is happening, information is power! Thanks for another great video
Not all of us are fortunate enough to have Wegman's in the area. I shopped there while in training in Buffalo NY. Maybe they will bless us with their presence in Metro Detroit, we need them!! Thanks for the grocery haul, very helpful!!
I'll say! While Publix is a great grocery store for what it is, I'm constantly having to hassle with them about supplying certain items and they're always begging off on the excuse of "supplier issues." Give me a break. FL has a TON of NY'ers that are here permanently or 50% of the year. You would think they'd keep up with supply and demand! If Publix could at least just stock Saranac Root Beer, I'd STFU and not complain! :-)
Chris, I can't tell you enough how helpful I find these videos. My goal for the new year is to go Moore vegan and cruelty free. I started by throwing away my makeup that was not cruelty free and gradually working on my diet, which has been more a struggle. Going vegetarian was super easy, vegan is a bit more challenging for me. So these hauls, especially the snacks, I find super helpful for the transition. Thank you and here's to a happy new year.
Those Luvo planted frozen dinners are SO good! I've tried all 3 and they are great for when I forget to pack my lunch the night before. I love the one with forbidden rice
The vegan Hellman's is so good! I put it on my gardein chicken sliders with lettuce and BAM amazing quick mini "McChicken's" at home! My boyfriend didn't even realize they were vegan!
I LOVE these videos! Wegmans is one of my go to stores and I can't tell you how much time it saves me by watching your videos when I'm trying to find new Vegan products. I LOVE the Wayfare cream cheese and sour cream, it's awesome!! I like to buy the Gardein "fishless" products, make a red cabbage slaw, bake the "fish" and wrap it all in a flour tortilla. It's amazing! Anyway, love watching videos on Vegan products at different stores, it really does help!!! Thank you!
I absolutely love these grocery haul videos. There are so many products I've never seen before. I live in Chicago and we don't have Wegmans here 😣 so I have to do research on each individual product and find a store that carries it near me. But keep these coming. 👍🏽

When I moved to Ithaca for school and discovered the magic that is Wegmans, I fell in love. Love these videos, cuz sometimes I don't realize how much vegan food is there! Plus I'm a broke college student and can't afford most of it haha, so it's cool to see what you really enjoy so if I want to spurge, I know what's good.
In Australia we finally have the Non dairy Ben&Jerry's. I couldn't find Jackfruit in a can but I will have to look in a grocery store for next time but I did find Upton's naturals from Chicago Sriracha and normal Jackfruit and made tacos and loved it! So awesome to see more vegan products. Also I add a new food every month, this month I'm trying buckwheat.
Jayne Sixx hi I am Aussie too and if you live in a big city go to an Asian grocery store they have jackfruit in a can and they also have green baby jackfruit you can use for cooking. In Sydney pretty much every big Asian grocery store stocks tinned jackfruit ;)

Jayne Sixx the green baby jackfruit is between 2-3 dollars over here so a bit more expensive than yellow jackfruit but not too bad. Yes Sydney is great for vegan and multicultural food. Though obviously not as amazing as the states!

Based on your last video we hit up Aldi last night. Got a lot of great stuff that we can't wait to try. We had looked there several months ago when it first opened and there wasn't much stuff, but now it will part of our regular shop I think.

The Vegan Zombie - Pittsford location was my fave until they refurbished the East Ave location. Plus I used to live around the block from the Eastman House. I've been getting the millet/brown rice ramen from Thrive.com. I use about 1/2 a square, so it lasts me awhile and I'm OK with the price. I couldn't see what they cost at Wegman's, but my local experience is that it's cheaper for me to use Thrive than my local chain or the food coop for some of the vegan foods. Plus, you can depend on Thrive to have what you want, whereas my local pickings are kinda hit or miss when it comes to these foods. I enjoy seeing what new foods are out there so I can ask my local store to consider carrying them. That can be hit or miss as well, but you'll never get what you want if you don't ask. : )
Wish we had a Wegmans here, but sadly no. I was at Aldi the other day and the cashier said a lot of things you showed on your Aldi grocery shopping vid were flying off the shelves! Awesome! Stay warm!
Great video! After seeing this, I found and tried "Beyond Chicken" strips tonight. The strips tasted great in a recipe. I browned them on both sides. I cooked them longer than the package said, to crisp the outside.
Love your videos. They are so helpful to us new veg/vegan folks. Awesome store. To find that in Atlanta I would have to go to whole foods, trader Joe's and sprouts and I still might not find everything.
I love your videos because they are all the stores I shop at too and it helps me to find d new products.. we went to Aldi's after your vegan Aldi's video and got the Asian burger, soy burger, veggie burger, and chicken pattie.. also got the cheese shreds.. had the Asian burger for lunch.. I just found out we are getting a Wegmans in Lancaster PA. I’m soooo flipping excited. I can’t wait to shop there. Right now all I have is Walmart and Aldi and they do not carry the Daiya cheese that I am dying to try.
The wayfare cheddar cheese is literally amazing, can only get it at one place in Rochester (not our wegmans). I mix a little salsa with it. Addicted. Also the white choc PB is my number 1 fav.

Now THAT is an impressive vegan selection of foods! Aside from Whole Foods, the best store in my city (Houston) is probably Kroger and they have maybe 1/10 that selection!
I like to try all the fancy vegan foods but sometimes just like to go back to plain old peanut butter, tempeh, tofu, and ground seeds. Amy's has a new pizza margherita without the casein in the soy cheese like the soy cheese pizza has. It is good, even better than the other one, with a strong flavor of oregano. I have never seen those Amy's candy bars before, but everything from that company is from good to great. I don't know if you can find a Stop & Shop but they have some downloadable coupons and I got like 35 vegan and natural items that I would be willing to buy. Things like a dollar of Daiya cheese, etc.
Wegmans!! Oh man, how I miss that store! Best grocery store! Went to University of Buffalo and fell in love with Wegmans then. Love the zombie vibe in your videos... huge zombie fan! Love your videos on where to find vegan products as I am new to being vegan!
So much good stuff. Just went food shopping at market but no Wegman's here unfortunately. I relocated to area that has very little than where I lived previously and it is awful trying to find certain products for example nutritional yeast by Red Star which I preferred. Even to get some items that I usually buy like Chinese veggie dumplings which were sold out. Not many vegan cheese substitutes like ricotta. I used to make a lot of Indian food and bought my spices and products from Indian market so those spices look good. So much variety. Wow!
We need a Wegmans here in El Paso finding vegan options is hard and when I do it is more expensive. I just spent about the same amount of money as you did at a store here and got maybe half of what you got.
Glad you made this video I know now what rice milk you get I want to try it out nice Kroger has those veggie broccoli fries but that all hope they get the onion rings. I add all the vegan shopping to a playlist I made so I can have something to look into for ideas for my shopping trips I make

In Britain Quorn is releasing more and more vegan varieties. They started with the spicy 'chicken' burger here too. I don't understand why. They were too spicy for me, so I had to wait a while for more of their range to go vegan. Now I think there are 6 vegan Quorn choices. Selling well in Veganuary too!
I heard that they are intending to make their entire range vegan eventually. I used to love the quorn roast and the lamb style roast they did when I wan in the UK. I hope they make that vegan and bring it over here :)
Where I live, sadly, no Wegmans. Things are looking up for vegan food though. Our Kroger is really getting quite a good selection of products. I really enjoy your videos.

Does Kroger have anything like the assortment of vegan products? We have Fred Meyer which was purchased by Kroger years ago. Fred Meyer has a natural food section, but the prices are up-scaled which mimics Whole Foods and other natural food chains. The one thing I found was an independent chain called Winco in Portland, OR that carries Gardein frozen packets and they are the cheapest at under $4 per. I enjoy the shopping soirees.

Now THAT is an impressive vegan selection of foods! Aside from Whole Foods, the best store in my city (Houston) is probably Kroger and they have maybe 1/10 that selection!

I like to try all the fancy vegan foods but sometimes just like to go back to plain old peanut butter, tempeh, tofu, and ground seeds. Amy's has a new pizza margherita without the casein in the soy cheese like the soy cheese pizza has. It is good, even better than the other one, with a strong flavor of oregano. I have never seen those Amy's candy bars before, but everything from that company is from good to great. I don't know if you can find a Stop & Shop but they have some downloadable coupons and I got like 35 vegan and natural items that I would be willing to buy. Things like a dollar of Daiya cheese, etc.

Wegmans!! Oh man, how I miss that store! Best grocery store! Went to University of Buffalo and fell in love with Wegmans then. Love the zombie vibe in your videos... huge zombie fan! Love your videos on where to find vegan products as I am new to being vegan!
So much good stuff. Just went food shopping at market but no Wegman's here unfortunately. I relocated to area that has very little than where I lived previously and it is awful trying to find certain products for example nutritional yeast by Red Star which I preferred. Even to get some items that I usually buy like Chinese veggie dumplings which were sold out. Not many vegan cheese substitutes like ricotta. I used to make a lot of Indian food and bought my spices and products from Indian market so those spices look good. So much variety. Wow!
We need a Wegmans here in El Paso finding vegan options is hard and when I do it is more expensive. I just spent about the same amount of money as you did at a store here and got maybe half of what you got.
I wish we had a wagmens out here in Vegas.

Glad you made this video I know now what rice milk you get I want to try it out nice Kroger has those veggie broccoli fries but that all hope they get the onion rings. I add all the vegan shopping to a playlist I made so I can have something to look into for ideas for my shopping trips I make

In Britain Quorn is releasing more and more vegan varieties. They started with the spicy 'chicken' burger here too. I don't understand why. They were too spicy for me, so I had to wait a while for more of their range to go vegan. Now I think there are 6 vegan Quorn choices. Selling well in Veganuary too!

I heard that they are intending to make their entire range vegan eventually. I used to love the quorn roast and the lamb style roast they did when I wan in the UK. I hope they make that vegan and bring it over here :)

Where I live, sadly, no Wegmans. Things are looking up for vegan food though. Our Kroger is really getting quite a good selection of products. I really enjoy your videos.

DeWitt NY Location. Although if you have to make a trip, go to the Pittsford, NY location which is the best one I've ever been to.DeWitt is second.

Does Kroger have anything like the assortment of vegan products? We have Fred Meyer which was purchased by Kroger years ago. Fred Meyer has a natural food section, but the prices are up-scaled which mimics Whole Foods and other natural food chains. The one thing I found was an independent chain called Winco in Portland, OR that carries Gardein frozen packets and they are the cheapest at under $4 per. I enjoy the shopping soirees.
I don't believe I've ever been to a Kroger.

The wegmens brand chocolate chips say vegan on the bag and they're delicious!
I love wegmans ❤️ I’m not vegan, but they have good quality stuff, a lot of organic food. Their meat is the best.
