I visited one of the seaside portuguese restaurant, spoke a few pitgin portuguese and see if they cook caldeirada, famous dish. Sadly not. Anyway, keep up this interesting foray into etnic culture.
Just Google air itam laksa in Penang, Malaysia. They’re only open on weekends now, 3 weekends a month. Check their Facebook page for which weekend they’re closed.

Those are dried red dates (Jujube) @ 3:34 and those are Stingray fish @ 7:23!

There are many types of laksa. Penang asam laksa, sarawak laksa, nyonya laksa, curry laksa, johor laksa etc etc
