मुझे नया मशीन शॉप शुरू करना है , लेकिन एक सलाह चाहिए
आजकल मैन्युअल लेथ के लेबर रेट: १५०/- एक घंटे के चल रहे हैं .... इसके हिसाब से - अगर १६ घंटे भी ( दो शिफ्ट में) एक मशीन चलते है , ज्यादा से ज्यादा 65,000 रुपये - एक महीने में निकला जा सकता है
उसमे से सारे खर्च भी निकलना है - ( गाले का किराया , बिजली, ऑपरेटर का सैलरी , टूल्स, मेंटेनेंस और सारे दूसरे खर्च )
अपने हाथ में क्या बचेगा

सिर्फ एक लेथ मशीन से मशीन शॉप शुरू नहीं होगा। सभी तरह के मशीन और टूल्स खरीदेंगे तो 10 लाख का खर्चा आएगा। हमारे यहां खुद काम करने वाले कारीगर जो मशीन शॉप चलाते हैं वह मशीनें खरीदने के लिए आते हैं और वह कहते हैं कि हर महीने एक से डेढ़ लाख रुपए सभी तरह के खर्च निकाल कर आराम से बचता है।
