I agree that it is not as much fun exercising as it is stitching. I find that gardening is a real workout. Yesterday I got in 15,000 steps planting dahlias. Lots of walking around the yard, bending over, hauling mulch, digging, and weeding. There are always jobs to do out in the yard and that means exercise. Love to enjoy the birds while I am out there too. Gardening gives me lots of inspiration for my stitching . Thank you for including us right hand stitchers in your videos. I really enjoy watching them and they are so helpful. The one you did on the pearl stitch was wonderful!!! Looking forward to checking out your website. I watch your videos almost every day when I am stitching. Thanks again.

Am I a floss tuber?! I’ve never really understood what that means or is referring to. I love that! And thank you for the kind words regarding my website ❤️
Hi Ariane- (I believe the tool you were sent by Nancy may be a bodkin used for threading ribbon, etc. 😊) Everything you do is so well done and informative. 💕
Aw... thank you so much Brooke. ❤️Yes, I just spoke to Nancy who told me it’s also good for threading ribbon or elastic through a drawstring! It’s brilliant. Can’t wait to use.

Hi Ariane. I’m a right handed person and I don’t have any problem following what you do when you do it left handed. It might just be the way my brain works, I don’t know. I love watching you, learning from you, and your stories. I’m going to try to take some of your courses but we are on a fixed income so I have to watch what we spend. (The supplies add up too). I’ll have to spread the courses out as other expenses come up, so I hope you’ll have a way of us having more than one opportunity to take the courses (?). Exercise- you did the exact right thing for you. 30 minutes on a bike a few times a week is more than enough for people our age. Walking is good too. Balance is something you can work on at home. When you’re standing doing anything, balance on one leg for 30 seconds, then switch. Cooking, brushing teeth, doing dishes, etc. It also makes your brain work with doing two things at once. Technology and art are two completely different sides of the brain!! I’ve had blogs, websites, and an Etsy shop, and they are all a lot of work!! I’d rather art than tech any day. Thank you for sharing everything you do, sharing the other artists you’re sharing, and being so fun and easy to listen to! Oh, I found Anna through you as well. Congratulations on your website Ariane. No wonder you've had headaches and insomnia lately!! I'm in awe of all you pack into each day🙃. An old lace teacher of mine used to say "If you want anything done ask a busy person"! I'm struggling healthwise with pain and new drugs giving me zombie feelings so as my friend and daughters are having a new start in life I'm giving myself a break and making them new lap quilts to welcome them when they move into a new home. It's helping me use up fabrics I bought in New England so I'm getting happy memories and feelings of accomplishment which I need. Well done all your team too.

Loved looking and reading on your new website! You should be proud. It’s awesome! I can totally relate to a bone knitting back together after it’s separated with a huge gap! Mine was my right foot and little toe. After 1 and 1/2 years and surgery plus wearing a bone stimulator for several months, mine had been put back together. Balance is a huge issue for us as we age. I’m extra careful with my foot because of it being broken and seemed to never heal. Without the surgery to put it back together and pins sticking out on 3 areas for over 8 weeks, it would not have been put back together. It’s crazy that with a completely severed break with a huge gap that they can even think it would go back together on its own!!! Anyway, I would just cry if I broke it again. I love listening to your stories. Your stitching is just so amazing. I can follow you even if I stitch right handed. I’m a visual person and seeing you do it makes all the difference for me. I also watch Carol at Oak House Journals. She’s an amazing stitcher too and I enjoy all of her videos. Wishing you much success with your new website. Oh Cindy, I agree! ❤️💕❤️
