Alaska is beatiful, glad you took in the natural beautiful. I retired from American Airlines in October 2013, yes ten years ago, after 34 years. I remember the first time landing in Alaska. I was going on a cruise with a friend. I got off the plane and purchased my friend a little spoon that said Alaska. When we landed there, it represented him being in all 50 states. The spoon was five dollars. I took out my money to pay, and the total was just five dollars, with no sales tax. Further I discovered at the time the State Government took in some much revenue from taxes on oil sales to large companies that each year they paid the states bills and divided the remainder between each adul citizen. This took place in October of the previous year. That year, each person received around $900.00. On October 5, 2013, each person received $1312.00. The cost of living there is high. But no state sales tax and an annual payment is unique. Note: Some cities levy their own sales tax.
Wow! You're a flight attendant & Christian!! I am starting my flight attendant training in sept and am a bit worried that my relationship with God cannot be put on place one in my life due to the schedules!! Not being in church consistently or go to bible studies etc. How's your experience been with that?

The milk run as in Fairbanks to anchorage? Haha I feel like that term is used for multiple short flights we offer! 😂
