    00:09 Introduction
03:37 The first lesson of meditation «Ishvara Pranidhana». While money goes away the inner world is the proper shelter
06:08 What are the processes of purification of the mind during meditation. What is the main goal of the first lesson?
09:19 How to expand the ration of the mind with infinite objects?
More about the processes which help us to have a good meditation:
11:18 1) Bring back the attention into the body
12:56 2) The God is hidden in the point. You can burn the paper if you only meditate
21:00 3) Think or not to think?
25:17 How to catch something that is beyond our imagination? The sounds of the universe
31:24 Three important aspects of mantra
31:40 Mantra diipanii. Before the shot, we should switch on the light
33:42 Mantra’ghat. How to awake the energy within you?
38:48 Mantra caetanya. The moment of touching the idea beyond comprehension
    41:07 The realization
43:14 Two things which are connected with meditation: asana, yama and niyama

Dada, I'm from India... I was a student of Ananda Marga School in my childhood...Now I'm 20 years old... I learnt meditation from an Acharya of Ananda Marga 6 years ago... I used to meditate thrice a day for 1 years and my improvement in every field was just wondering everybody... But when I started to procrastinate spiritual practice, I started to deviate... And now I'm totally devastated... I'm preparing myself for MBBS but I can't focus for a long on my study... Finally, I've started meditation again and for BABA's grace I found your channel... I'm taking lessons from your videos... Trying to change myself.... BABANAM KEVALAM....

You have to imagine where your life is going, when you allow these divergent tendencies take hold of your life. Sometimes no meditation seems to be the way to get a better meditation.
This is when you have tasted the energy of another meditator, lived in that flow for some time and now you have sufficient experience of knowing what it feels like to be well concentrated and living properly. Then that loaned energy fades away and now it is up to You to shape and transform Your Personality into one. Be successful on your own accord. Who do you want to be? Plan ahead and become who you know you are. Just go on naturally, but gradually bring your mind back to work. You are young. You will make the right choices. Listen to the voice of wisdom in you. Love.

Namaskar Dada. I cannot begin to describe the feelings within me that his video has touched upon. I am crying with the love of the universe in my heart. Since the first video I have seen of yours until today, no one has ever, ever inspired me to become a better human being than you have. I realize now how much work I need to do to prepare myself to advance to the next stage, to take on the changes that will be required of me. But finally I decided that this is what I want in every part of my being more than anything else in this world. It fills me with such joy to accept the road ahead of me, knowing that in time, with dedication and practice and patience, at the right time, my guru and mantra will come to me. Thank you, thank you Dada. Namaskar

The best explanation on the 1st lesson I have ever heard. You are amazing, Dada. Brilliant and down to earth talk.
Dada, I will make some essential oil combination so the mosquitos will not bother you again, such as lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus, cinnamon, tea tree.
Or you can crush peppermint leaves and rub them on your skin.
Citronella is very, very strong., but could be another option.

    • @Nada-adaN
      @Nada-adaN 4 ปีที่แล้ว

@MGTOW EXPOSED Why eat meat, fish and eggs? In every culture people we associate with spiritual development gave them up, Pythagoras, Plutarch and Apollonius of Tyana, Philostratus of Alexandria, Proclus and many other neoplatonists, Socrates advocates it in the Republic. And by the way is anyone claiming that a person is not spiritual independently of the diet?

    • @Nada-adaN
      @Nada-adaN 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@MGTOW EXPOSED First of all are we talking about strict vegetarianism or about lacto-vegetarianism? The last being from what I understand the one being advocated by Dada Sananda. If it is the last there are no nutrients lacking for the obvious reason. If it is the first there is a lack of vitamin B12 which doesn't involve going around taking lots of supplements just the one mentioned. On top of that in practice it is often heavy meat consumers that end up lacking minerals and vitamins and taking lots of supplements not to mention drugs for cholesterol, diabetes, hypertension and the rest, whether it be from the diet or because they tend to be less conscious of what they eat.
But you can read the books of people with credentials like T. Colin Campbell, Caldwell Esselstyn, John McDougall, Dean Ornish and watch their youtube channels for more information.

Dada during my time when I stayed in india I recieved 2 mantras
first one was from Amma (Mata Amritanandamayi) I remember that it was my first approachment to welcome meditation in my life :) - I was asked to write to who or to what I want to connect - I wrote I without much thinking Shiva - but then when I was informed in the last moment it doesn't need to be God, I changed to the NATURE - so she whispered me mantra to my ear.
my second was is coming from TM movement.
you know term of "my mantra is broken" ?? :) I had to charge it already by check up and collective meditation
both of them were free of material charge, now when I do meditate I try to use TM one, but quickly the other one is coming to my mind.
and now the universal mantra put lots of inner smile when I'm going with it .
is changing mantras correct? just go with the flow ?? or try to go deeper just with one
(which doesn't lie in my nature I'm jack of all trades but master of none.)

I don't know the best way but I would suggest listening to your instincts on which one resonates more deeply then practice with that one consistently. If you are not consistent, the mind may feel free to flutter around and concentration will not deepen as effectively. Blessings!

advanced lessons of spirituality is an arrogant and ignorant statement. From a worm's perspective, you might seem very advanced, but he will get there eventually. And you with your advanced techniques might find yourself crawling behind. The point is - there is no such thing as advance in realm of spirituality. We are in the same bout, until someone is not.
oh, you start with ishwara pranidhana? last time I checked, it is the last Niyama of Patanjali. so, yeah, let's skip 9 steps and let's get to the juicy staff, why don't we? the sad truth is - you can. you can skip much more than that. and you will have results. But at some point, sooner or later (sooner for your own sake) it will catch up on you and can set you back years or even lives. so yeah, good luck with that.
Mantra has nothing to do with meaning. Where the meaning of anything comes from? from the mind. Mantra is the sound/sutra of sounds that, if used properly, breaks the cage of the mind and connect you with that which is. Mantra is not a toy to play with. It is the most potent tool in your toolbox. And if you don't know how to handle it, keep it in your toolbox.
I'm kind of shocked now. I use to like this guy for his enthusiasm, but I never ever came across more arrogant and ignorant content of any video concerning spirituality up to this very moment.
1st. step, you reach Dhyana and you reach whatever state of Samadhi? And that is coming from the guy who never in his entire adult life been in Dhyana for one second? And he wants to go on and teach you next steps? seriously? No. This is where I draw the line.
my advise - you go back to elementary school and learn ABC properly, before you speak Shakespeare.

The second you say it's a secret you aren't allowed to tell I know this is bs. Just give people practical instructions, not regurgitated speel you've heard from others or read in books. Thanks for wasting my time.

Yes, your time is wasted. To know the secret, one must first deserve it. That is the way of a practical spirituality.

@@MeditationSteps separation is the ego, inclusion is being. Everyone deserves it since we're all already enlightened and are all one from the same source. Thanks for demonstrating your ignorance.

12:18: "There is a special process, I cannot disclose that process" --> Then why do you make youtube videos at all? To make people curious and then tell them it's a secret? Disliked, unsuscribed, bye bye!

I have heard that no guru tells the secret. Guru only shows the path upto a certain level. Thereafter the disciple has to evolve on his/her own.
