As you mentioned bylaws. When I was in the first semester I didn't knew that I thought that belongs to some kind of lawyer things 😂. But then our teacher asked us to design 8 Marla house which will be your dream house according to this. Then I designed it. It is still with me. Our teacher said that when you will find a job and have money then make your first house according to this which you have been designed. I am studying civil engineering. In Sha Allah when my job will start and I will have money I will do this. So, after designing the 8 Marla house I realized that what bylaw means. As you said that we have to build rooms according to bylaws But As i followed CDA bylaws for it there was no such restrictions regarding to build how many rooms on which floor, the only requirements on bylaws is to how much space we have to give on sides and on back.

Yes, you are right. But houses are particularly designed according to the client's requirements but as there was no client for this house. So, that's why the builder designed it according to his own thinking. As we know that in societies offices there are already architect and structural engineer's. So, on the basis of previous designed plans, they design houses. I hope this was helpful for you. If you want to know more you can ask. But I am still in learning process.

bhai, there are many DHA phases in Islamabad. You didn't mentioned its phase in title and also in video. First of all you should clearly mention property basics in title and then in video. You didn't show street and other houses nearby so that one can decide about living here. Regards,
