Yes, Shambles is the Akane show with special guest stars Kanami, MISA, Saiki and Miku. But wait! Was it really the Kanami show, because she wrote the song and played it with such forcefulness and exquisite abandon. Or was it the MISA show because without MISA, the rapturous drive of the song would be a ride on four flat tires. Or was it the Saiki show because she focused the sonic chaos into a song with melodies that could express Miku's lyrics like no other singer could. Without Saiki, Shambles might sound like a familiar instrumental. Or was it the Miku show because, damn, she wrote the lyrics, played the important rhythm parts, and added her unique brand of backup vocals that have become a defining "sixth instrument" of Band-Maid.
So exactly whose show was it? It was the Maid's show, as usual! 🤘🎀🤘 Thx, D-Attic!

Love the new format. You have a white noise going on throughout the video though, like a fan blowing on the mic.
Did you notice the odd beat Saiki came in on at the beginning? It was maybe the half-beat of the 2 count which is unheard of for an opening vocal, but they make it work. The one thing Band-Maid is consistent at is never being consistent.
Glad you like the new format! It's been super hot here and the AC was running LOL I'll eliminate it in the future :) I didn't notice that...probably just so amazed by the overall performance that it slipped right past me! I'll have to go back and listen again!

This is about the fourth or fifth listen for me. There’s so much going on that I’m still letting it sink in.

Our girl Miku Kobato (Front Woman / Rhythm Guitar) (aka “Kuruppo” meaning is Ambitious, Playful, Different - There are other meanings as well), whose real last name is Mika Noguchi, generally finishes all of her sentences with “Po Po” (will get to this later). One of her main guitars is her Signature ZEMAITIS "Flappy Pigeon". You will also notice she is "pigeon toed". Do you see a theme here? Miku’s last name, Kobato (小鳩) is composed of two kanjis: one meaning small (小) and the other meaning pigeon/dove (鳩). Hence Kobato can also mean “small pigeon/dove”. She adopted the pigeon persona to match that in the Japanese language, the onomatopoeic sound that pigeons/doves make is kuruppo (くるっぽ) or simply po (ぽ). So Kobato makes that sound too. Is this just a coincidence? Hmmmm. LOL
Not only is she a small pigeon, she is 810 years old too! (Which I think comes from the Japanese numerical value's of Mi-Ku = 8-10) Please correct me if I'm wrong

Hey Man.....I am also a drummer and everyone is jamming on this but I have to say I think AKANI stole the show on this track. Her double kick drum work absolutely blew me away on this !!!!! BTW...I like the previous channel format better where you are in upper right and the video is full screen. Also I not sure what it is but you have a loud fan like noise in your room....maybe air conditioning ????
