It seems "common knowledge" but I haven't seen anyone use a min rank one regardless. Also the basically permanent % lifesteal from gloom is decent considering how much our weapons today are built in op ways
@@ChaiTea17 i use the max rank CD on ivara with dispensary helminth for unlimited prowl, never even thought to use it at a low rank. I dont think I'd be able to fit the lower CD with only 4 forma but I think it could help my build
