Uncle Chael generously allowed Sherdog to pretend he lost to give the other fighters in the UFC hope. Otherwise Chael is way too unstoppable and everyone in his weight class would leave the UFC because there's no hope of beating him. You cannot challenge a gangster and hope to win.

I'm from Brazil, and I can assure you, Wanderlei gave an interview to a brazilian podcast and he admitted that the krazy horse's story is true. He said that he doesn't even remember what happened, he knew because his team told him when he woke up. So, no longer a mystery, it's true.

Conor sets up KO punches. It's more skill than power and the shot the old man took was just a wild looping punch, he didn't measure the distance and just threw a shot. Thus the old man was still sitting on the chair.

After getting choked out Bennett was left there and Silva continued his warm ups right next to him like nothing happened, suddenly Bennett jumps up and uppercuts an unsuspecting Silva knocking him out cold and he hauled ass out of the arena as the rest of Silvas team chased after him. Silva coach managed to revive him and told him what happened but told him he needs to focus on his upcoming opponent, not Charlie. Silva went on to win the highly contested bout

My theory, Mike Goldberg was cut, because he told Ariel about Brock Lesnar’s UFC 200 Return. That’s why Mike was able to go on Ariel’s show when he was cut. And if you listen to the coverage of the UFC event when Lesnar’s return was announced, it’s clear Goldberg knew Brock was coming back when Rogan asked is this is real!
It solves two of the largest mysteries and why the UFC just dropped Goldberg without any explanation.

About the krazy horse VS wanderley thing, that's absolutely true. Wanderley himself has told this story in numerous occasions and it matches perfectly what krazy horse says. The problem is, he said that in interviews in Brazil. Thus, in portuguese. So most people in America never heard him talking about it. But as a Brazilian, I have seen those interviews and I guarantee his version is the exact same as krazy horse's.

I dont think Rickson Gracie had anything left to prove by the time UFC came around. He was also a very capable striker on top of being a Gracie jui jitsu black belt. I feel like the Gracie family really just wanted to showcase how effective their style of jui jitsu was
One mystery I've heard about was at UFC 229 supposedly there was something fishy happening with McGregor's side before the fight. Anik and Florian mentioned something about it on their podcast but never went in detail. One of the leading theories is Conor got threatened by someone with a gun, cannot recall if it was supposedly a Dagestani dude but yeah. Always wanted to know more about that story...
