50 isn't even that old in today's world. My grandpa died at 82 after a triple bypass heart surgery in his 60's and had 3 different kinds of cancer. Even if you don't take care of yourself you can easily live till you're in your 70's. I agree that life does go by fast, but with modern medicine you can live well into your 70's+.

It reminds me of my husband's goodness and his love for music. He was my favorite person. And I love him so much. It reminds me of our wedding day. It alone reminds me of just how wonderful our lives were. Don't get me wrong we lived paycheck to paycheck. But I wouldn't trade that in for anything. This was an amazing evening at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach SC!! I have been blessed to see Edwin play probably over 20 times. His music is absolutely incredible, some of the notes he holds are unthinkable!!!!!!! He is such a nice guy and his stories are hysterical!!!! He was very gracious to sign a couple of my guitars and take pictures after the shows! Make sure you see him if you get a chance!!!!

The lyric, "I'll be better when I'm older" speaks, to me, of my failures as a father. I've heard it said that it's never too late to change, and I suppose that's true. But if one waits too long to change, it can be too late to make a difference in someone's life. I miss you Blake, and I'm so so sorry....
