Very very careless service. Once I had a flight from Dubai to Mumbai via Hyderabad. They forgot to load my 30kg trolley in the flight from Hyderabad to Mumbai. And then they sent it after 2 days to Mumbai Terminus 2 Chhatrapti Shivaji international airport. And there my trolley was lying for 14 days.
