Hello, I'm a Doctor from Scotland, how do you make such amount? I'm a born Christian but sometimes I feel so down of myself because of low finance but I still believe in God.
Making touch with financial advisors like Rosie Nolan Owen who can assist you restructure your portfolio, would be a very creative option. Personal financial management will be crucial to navigating the next difficult times.
Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early. I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling!
You are absolutely right, we also have lot's of expert, real ones with certificate and firms IDS out there waiting for investors to invest and experience the best of trade.
I wouldn’t go 50/50 on a partners mortgage in which only they are gaining equity on unless we were married. $1k a month would be a more fair number for him to contribute.
I think it’s important to consider how much he’d be paying in rent literally anywhere else. Where I live, $700 is renting one room in a house full of roommates with shared everything. Why should he pay less just because he’s dating the landlord..
I clicked so fast. I live on Long Island and while our house wasn’t too expensive, those property taxes/insurances are high. We actually voted recently on the increase for our local librarian so I’m unsure if there’s much wiggle room. Good luck to her.
Love these! We discovered that we had to make more than their nominated minimum payments on credit cards to stop going backwards. So we worked out what the minimum had to be to stop going backwards, and paid that on the other cards, while bashing the smallest one first.
The partner must pay half the rent . Also the person who earns the most must spend more when it comes to all their bills like electricity, water, food etc. Also they must put extra towards their debt so they can get rid of it even quicker and then they can stop working their part time job.

I'm glad you made this video it reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to good home, $89k biweekly and a good daughter full of love..
My advice to everyone is that saving is great but investment is the key to be successful imagine investing $15,000 and received $472,700.

I think it’s more reasonable to charge $1400/month but then when maintenance and other things come up, the owner would cover those costs.

isnt the partner paying half the rent?
@amadeus6312 no he's not. He's paying a fraction of it.
when you say 'they' it's confusing - are you talking about plural people?
To keep it anonymous, we’re not in the know about their gender

@@freefree1664 It's just a pronoun, and used correctly. Sounds like you have a problem that could be fixed with some middle school English classes
