@@redondobeachrc3112 Hey thanks for your reply! :-) Since I’m going to be using a Spektrum radio to start with ill try it with and without a cap pack. Did the issue follow wether or not you were using tire prep?
@@scalecoastheroes Yes, if you’re using prep it’s better to gear the pinion down and slowly add back in. The biggest factor in the cutout is due to the batteries, you’re gonna need really good batteries. The cutoff happens when you reach 3.2/cell (or 3.4) or lower if you have the cutoff on the lowest level.

Do you have or think a cap pack would stop the browning out of the Spektrum Rx/tx?
I assume it would but I never got to the chance to add one to my setup.
