I usually like to stay away from giving advice (and I know that you’re not asking for it either) because everyone operates differently in how they conceive melodies, chord progressions etc. but many times I’ll just play through three chords in a circle repeatedly.. while mumbling some half words (it doesn’t really have to make any sense at this point) after I get a good feel of the chord progression a Melody usually will start evolving from from it. No need to overthink it just let your soul move with the chord changes. I wish you the best of luck! Happy musings! 😊
