I kinda lowkey would marry Diluc, he is actually a loving guy who worries about his relatives (yes, he cares about Kaeya, idk why the game doesnt show it), even his voicelines
True. He is honestly the most misunderstood person in Mondstadt. Every character there (with a few exceptions) either hates him or thinks he is always mad, gloomy or weird. Its kinda sad. Then you read his voicelines and realize he's actually sweet and a gentleman.

@@bellehelene9250 His EN dub makes him come out as super aggressive and pissed off (No hate to the EN dub at all). But in JP dub, Diluc is much more...approachable. Like he feels friendlier and more open. Idk why the EN direction for the VAs has different ideas for this character. And like the way the commenter said, yea he does care about Kaeya, but the game doesn't show it?! :(
@@loola8908 Nah, the EN voice lines deeper into friendship show his caring side. He opens up to the traveler and says that he’s thankful for another friend that would help him stamp out evil.

and the in game distances are like 50 times shorter than the true distances
In the manga the whole continent is actually huge that it takes days to get to Sumeru from Mondstadt. The whole terrain is crunched up for game size coz yeah so mobile users can handle the size. Diluc probably travels by horse or carriage, so sad that we don't have a mount system yet tho.
they should just make different versions and add all the cool stuff on other platforms that can handle it. we're missing out on so much bc of the mobile version 💔

TBH it's not that bad, I walk for 30mins to get to school everyday, this is like only 10mins if the video is on normal speed

Traveling in mondstadt is so peaceful and relaxing.
Ignoring the fact it's a game and putting it in real world constraints. He probably has a room or something in the city if he's working in the actual tavern. Also though, I'm not convince Dawn Winery is actually his home. People seem to go in and out of it regardless of whether or not he's there so it seems more of a workshop with comforts than a home - at least nowadays, potentially before everything happened his dad/Kaeya it was their home.
But something that's just really bothered me is that we see lots of carts about that are clearly meant to be pulled by something... but nothing that looks like it could be used to pull it. Like, the largest non-monster are the boars and they aren't big enough... and none of the monsters would be good either...
There Are Horses In teyvat They just aren't Shown But You can see in the Manga/webtoon Of Genshin There Are Horses For Carts or carriages but I wish We can See more Manor Like Houses In Mondstadt so Atleast it can Look like there are more Wealthy people there,
Kaeya is literally a cavalry captain, so horses absolutely exist in the world... somewhere.
@@tirsden I feel like they didn't want the player to have access to horses (like, you can't interact with some animals but horses that you can't ride would probably annoy people)
This is how my parents tell me their story about their journey to school every day.
cool but- maybe you can check the in-game time of the beginning and check again at the end? It'd be fun to know how much actual time had passed in the world
The fact is that the time that passed goes really fast in game, so while day and night change really fast compared to real life conditions the fact that the time in game doesn't go realistically could make that Diluc walked for a whole day/half a day while maybe he walked for one or two hours.
I don't know if it makes sense what I want to say, but in short if we follow the game time since it change too fast Diluc would have walked for more than one or two hours (which I assume it's the right time for going back to the Winery) or probably he would have walked for minutes and not for hours
