What's the reason you chose to put t=0 / start of slot here (at 17:26) on the left, whilst actually (as shown in Metrika diagram and your previous slide) this moment on the very left would be t=-12? The actual slot that you are assigned to as proposer hasn't even begun here. Also when you look in the code of all relays and Beacon Clients, you see them mentioning msSinceStart of slot and cut-off values etcetera and by that they mean ms since the slot in which you are to propose.
