I’ve seen a lot of these tutorials but I love this one for a few reasons. 1.) It’s practical. You literally make a song from start to finish and even show some common situations like making notes longer than you want or using a different instrument midway. 2.) You come at this from a nice beginner approach. Not a complete novice as in explaining what a bass is, but also not assuming we know too much and just overloading the tutorial with jargon.

This is literally the only tutorial I've found that is easy to follow and actually treats me like a BEGINNER beginner and not someone with prior music knowledge who knows all the music terms
Currently using Ableton and switching to FL so I can work with other artists. I've stayed away from this DAW for a really long time because of how intimidating the interface is, so this is actually super helpful. A+ tutorial god bless 🙏🙏
@@1jckinnick Ultimately it comes down to personal preference, but I've always had a hard time wrapping my head around how to do things in FL. Ableton/Cubase were probably the most intuitive interfaces imo, Reason/Logic being a decent middleground. Pro tools is goat for actually recording.
You are an excellent teacher. FL Studio is missing some quality tutorials like this for sure. Due to the illogical interface design many people who own FL Studio are stuck...but with this kind of teaching it is a breeze..I wish FL Studio to redesign its interface to make it more logical and user-friendly. It would be nice to introduce what FL is all about First of all and why we should choose it. I've never heard of it before in my life I just clicked on it because Kevin site said so but I think you get my drift
Nice tutorial! As a Cubase user, I suppose I don’t understand is why it’s necessary to have a “pattern/melody” stage. Why wouldn’t you just write the melody straight into the arrangement page? Can you still do this in FL? Why is it useful to need to make a load of patterns first before putting them in the arrangement, especially if the melody changes every bar?
The Bluetooth problem where the beat just pauses still persists on the MacBook. Apparently, it is an issue because something in the background is accessing it and causing the pause. I still don’t know how to fix this problem. Anyone?
I connected every thing well with my piano, but when i record the music and then listening to.. the record is empty and there is no voice.. could you please tell me what the wrong with??
Its very likely the right output source is not selected, In upper left corner, go to options, then audio settings, and select the device in the main sound controller drop down.
