I've wanted to learn how to use fl studio for literally 6 years. Yeah I got it 2 Christmases ago but didn’t have the basic equipment to thoroughly work with it until Christmas gone (I’m a singer first and foremost and didn’t have a microphone which I also needed for guitar) It is incredibly overwhelming. I’ve done a few covers already with it but I’m constantly thinking there’s easier ways to navigate the program and create. I feel like I do things with much more unnecessary complication compared to the ease people have online. Plus the shortcuts people use don’t seem to work on my laptop for some reason.😅

I've used FL Studio for more than 20 years (first 12 years to a professional level, recent years mostly for fun) ever since it was a basic loop station called Fruity Loops with barely any capabilities. Just be aware of the free version (Trial version) limitations.
Loved this software as a teenager so worth trying again :).
    "What's FL Studio TRIAL mode?
FL Studio TRIAL is functionally equivalent to the FL Studio All Plugins Edition. If you are using trial mode there is only one limitation - Projects can be saved but can't be opened again until FL Studio is purchased and unlocked. "
So you can follow along with this guide, just dont close the app/computer until you done with your project :).

I've been on and off about learning FL Studio since 2016. I struggle with ADHD and tutorials were always so hard to follow. Also.. English is not my first language so it made it harder. I had some few good tips around the internet, but nothing as good as this video so I must add my comment here to thank you. I can't believe I was creating a new pattern in my channel rack for EVERY instrument. This is so much simpler.

Credit to you brother; it's never really easy explaining this stuff except by showing learners in practice.
Learnt some valuable tips - essential tips if I might add!

Tristan, you are really good at this. It's hard to explain, but it is a really good totorial, the best I followed. The way you explain stuff, it's clicking something in my head. Also I do a lot of chatGPT stuff along studying. So I could keep up practice with some theory of music.
    Thanks a lot
