The beauty of the tiles and its colors. The bathrooms tubs and sinks are super elegant. If anywhere in the world it could be possible to build entire blocks with these structures it would just be a beautiful thing. It's definitely gorgeous! 👏 👏 👏
What a beautiful developments. Why doesn't the Ghanaian government paved the roads?. Most of the videos I see are places with no proper roads. In Kenya, South Africa, Namibia and other African countries we pave our roads.

It's crazy how expensive this would be here in Arizona. At 290k it's something me and my girl could afford. I wish homes were built here like this at that price. I'd have no problem finding a home here in that case.
This is a great work. If only there is a staircase from the kitchen to upstairs, I will put my seal of excellent. Gone are the days when guest in the living room will be seeing you walking to the kitchen and passing them again to climb the upstairs.

What I really dislike abt real estate developers & planners is the inadequate space for green environment around each of the units. It always seems to be all about land maximization & profiteering.
It doesn't flicker in real life. It is known as the strobe effect where the frames per second (FPS) recording of the camera is not aligned with the frequency of electricity (lights).
This is a beautiful property! I hate to point out design flaws, but it’s frustrating to see all of these beautiful finishing touches with highly inefficient or poorly planned use of floor space. I won’t point out everything, but the main example is the closeness of the tub to the separate shower in the master bathroom. 😩 That would present a major challenge in comfortably getting in and out of the tub.
Didn't notice this at first viewing, but you are eagle eyed and correct. And it may be just me, but I would have sacrificed my "8 car compound," made it 2, and created some space for a garden with foliage and trees. And forgive me, but is a fountain really necessary in a country where the flow of water can be hit and miss? Complete waste of a life dependent resource. And finally, why oh why are these houses always built within touching distance of each other? I noticed yet another foundation of a building, almost touching the back of this one!
