I find it difficult to compose something in a major key without it sounding too happy or too cheesy, but I hope it sounds good here... But I hope you can enjoy this music !
I think this is another lovely composition and I actually like the beginning, it takes you 'straight into it' so to speak, although I may be alone in that opinion. Your compositions are generally light and delicate with an air of whimsy and nice melodies. As such I think you have achieved what a lot of composers would like, namely an individual style.
Thank you so much!💚 I didn't know I have a style in my compositions but I'm glad to hear it. In my opinion, melodies play an important role in music. That's why I'm always trying to make good melodies.
@@Marshoyen Yes I agree entirely, melody is very important and you definitely achieve that. I think many folks who compose music these days are imitating John Williams in the main, but your music is very different to that. By the way do you use Muse Sounds? I currently only have Staffpad but it now has Muse sounds and I think they are very good.
@@newtrackrecord Well, I really like John Williams for all his great melodies. Yes, I use Muse Sounds but sometimes I use soundfonts from "LABS" and "SinePlayer". They're both free.
@@Marshoyen That's good! Yes I also like John Williams but too many people seem to be copying him. I'm also surprised that John Barry isn't more of an influence on people, his film music is great.
@@Marshoyen it just feels like you're starting in the middle of the piece. I'd say that one single bar could fix the weirdness (or you could leave as is as it's good enough)
@@tuluppampam Yes you're right (thank you for your advice!). Well, I don't know if I should delete this version and put a new one but I'll do it one day maybe😅

reminds me of Joe Hisaishi :)
The start was kind of strange but the rest is lovely
Also 1:11 reminds me of something but I can.t seem to figure it out
Thank you! The beginning was a bit weird for me too, I wondered if I should change it and in the end I probably should have...

I agree with the other guy comment, almost all of your pieces need proper start. Ease in and introduce the elements.
Thank you for your advice, I'll try to improve the starts of my pieces!
