You should send this to a publisher, as it would make an ideal piece for a school orchestra. Do not worry. You need not copyright it first. The publisher will copyright it. One suggestion though; most school orchestras can't afford harps, so you should transfer the important harp bars to the piano, then eliminate the harp part. You might consider adding a slow movement, then a fast movement, so you will then have a suite for orchestra. Which publisher? If you play in your school's orchestra or band, who publishes the music they play? You obviously have the talent. Time to start making money from it.

Very well done. The pedal markings for the piano should stay below the bottom staff, sometimes you write the pedal markings in the middle of the staves. Also, there are some missing dynamic markings. Otherwise I'd say notation is all good. If you're looking to make longer pieces, you should check out some larger forms like sonata, rondo, and arch. I personally find it easier to write more material when I know where everything's going to fit in advance, it might help you too.

Your music gets more refined every time i listen to it, nice work for making longer pieces of music! Keep up the Good work! Make sure to be mindful of each instruments range if you want to have this played live!
