This tune and the memories it triggers makes me want to turn the clock back 15 years and dance all night, I don't think my knees could take it now though.
One of those tracks which you can feel the quality and production which went into it not just a mindless loop of beats but a beautiful progressive breakbeat of emotion. Man it took me nearly a decade to find this but the goosebumps it gave me when i dropped the needle the first time made it so worthwhile.
1997 I bought this CD, and then I want to a dance party, in Melbourne and these guys were the main act and it was fucking brilliant, I will always remember that. :)
@@mar78andres28 Frontside Evulva . I have been cleaning out my old MP3 cd rips and rediscovered this gem. Probably my introduction into whatever genre we call this these days. I am gonna pull out the CD and put it on the good shelf.
They introduced it to all of us 😃💜🙏🏼 I had no idea the original BPM was so fast compared to how much it was slowed down for the Northern Exposure mix. Such a masterpiece
Tower Records Sunset Blvd ( closed for decades ) mid 1990s I remember this album at the listening stations and contemplating packs of Ramen or purchasing this CD, well I bought the CD, and ate potatoes but loved life for the summer
I FOUND A COPY OF THIS AT GOODWILL!!!!! AND ITS THE PROMO VERSION! SO HAPPY!!! play at somewhere between 80-85% speed for best results. IE Northern Exposure. Even the 75% youtube speed does it right for the first minute.
When I first heard northern exposure in 1997, I was smitten. Never before had a dance album been put together so tactfully. Cygnus xsuperstrings, too many to mention.
Still an epic track in 2021. Somewhere between a movie soundtrack and a dance track... there's way too little out there that's like it. Some Deadmau$ stuff maybe, I don't know. Incredible.
@@deboraht5612 You could try Deadmau5's Strobe, or Hit Save. Not really exactly the same though. June Reactor has heaps of classical/dance music too. And Nero has similar vibes as well!
Never gets old!!🙌🙌❤️
They need to get this on a streaming service. I revisit this video at least once a month to get my fix.
ahhhhhh.. Beautiful.

This song will never lose my love ;)
You guys should have this tune RE released! I cannot believe Frontside made this, and back in 1997. Way ahead of their time.
LOL way ahead of their time? What does that even mean? What time was it supposed to be written?
One of my ALL TIME favorite tracks.. MEMORIES..PRICELESS..
agree - as we used to say in the 90's "feel the build"
I reckons I heard this first at global village, or bezerk @ kryal, or in the car on the way to either. Had it on tape, lost the tape. And here we are.
I love this song so much!🥰
Sasha and Digweed Northern Exposure 2 East Coast Edition introduced this group to me🥰💞❤️😎🤖💤💓💓

Great music to mellow out to. I listen to this when I'm deep in thought and sleeping.
This EP on a cd was the first piece of electronic music I owned. Wish I still had it.
Wax trax! Good ol days
How did they come up such a masterpiece, out of nowhere really?

Beautifully hypnotic little number, love the vocals that drift in towards the end...
The beat and the tempo in this one is like running in the most calm and crazy waves of the ocean!!
this track blew me away back in the late 90s
Sasha & Digweed the greatest...

Meu irmão... Quanta satisfação me causa este som! Um dos sons da minha jornada...
thank you for sharing
Anybody know what the lyrics actually say toward the end?
“When the mourning brings you down, then the morning lifts you higher” - that’s my best guess
TUNNNEEEEE!!!
Ive been looking for years too lol.
Legends sasha and digweed NORTHERN EXPOSURE :)
Beowulf Soundtrack
who is doing the vocals in the background
+Gary O'Hare
What are they saying?
Been trying to figure it out for almost 20 years lol
Let the morning take you down
Let the morning take you higher
I think he is singing...."Il take you there,
"Let the Morning take you Higher"
“When the mourning brings you down, then the morning lifts you higher” - that’s my best guess
I also have many of these tracks on Vinyl.
I'd love to remix this track at some stage once I get the software and equipment necessary.
