I discovered Adam years ago by accident. Although I like some of his later songs this one is an anthem of metal. A perfect description of the '80s. Fucking awesome song that I still don't get tired of hearing. Indeed "The only place to go is to a heavy metal show". What more could a dude want?
@john daly... That is an interesting fact, I wish I was born in the 1960s so when I hit my teenage and early adult years I could have been the 8"s metal era. I was born 1995 and I wish I was born some time in the 60s so I could have been able to live though this music scene.
Crespo wrote most of the "Rock in a hard place' album by Aerosmith. He did a great job too. an unsung rocker. So is Adam Bomb. "Sst' is an awesome track too. I got 'Fatal attraction" on cassette. there was a just a few bands that were doing metal that had this attitude but a real musical craft to it.
I really remember this song being better when I was a teenager. It was looked upon as a metal Anthem back then. Pretty cheesy video. More glam than metal even though glam wouldn't kill metal for a couple years after this. Adam bomb was a couple of years too early.. still brings back a lot of memories though. Good ones too. Thank you Adam Bomb.
Adam rocks! I've been lucky enough to meet Adam on several occasions & He is 1 great guy. Talented singer/songwriter/performer & great to chat to.Go see him live if you can - He won't dissapoint & ALWAYS takes time time to chat to his fans after gigs. Great guy, Great music.Get that book published Adam ( I know you've wriiten one ) - your fans would love to read it.
EXCELLENT!! I was one of the five too in 85 at the original Marquee, Great gig. Have seen him 4 times in & around the Brighton area in the last 15 years. Always puts on a cracking performance. His debut Fatal Attraction, superb album is a regular player in our household. If you like 80s melodic metal with just the right amount of sleeze & class, look no further.
The only place to go..... is a heavy metal show........ one of the loudest shows I ever went to..... it was very loud..... SAXON was loud..... but this dude was super loud..... infront of 100 of us
I just saw Adam on Madison N.Y.C.looking strung out this morning. I sang this which he was surprised to hear, turn and looked but kept walking. Sad, but I'' pray for him.
froge123 you i hung out with him for a little while back on the late 80s and your right he doesnt look so good that time i hung out with him he had some really good new songs but when it came down to record and the album was released those songs just lost there umphh i remember the set of songs when he played them live and the songs really rocked at that time he had some scandanavian guys backing him and it was his taxi cab tour oh well good luck to him whatever his endeavors be
After all the programed music and such the last few years, I'm sure a lot of people just "want their heavy metal"....sometimes you just want to crank an amp, and rock.

According to Adam Bomb's recent autobiography, Cliff Williams from AC/DC played bass and did the background vocals for this song.

on an old Z-Rock cassette tape from Texas! What a good song, tasty guitar work, sexy voice and look. A winner!
I haven't heard this song since high school. I miss this era.

Underrated album!
I can see why they didn't pick him to be in Kiss. He would overshadow Gene and Paul. Can't have that.

Yep, the bass was done by the bassist from ac/dc...said so on the album
@cornspike
I think he took over after Sebastian Bach went to Skid Row... but I am not 100% on that.
After all the programed music and such the last few years, I'm sure a lot of people just "want their heavy metal"....sometimes you just want to crank an amp, and rock.

Many people confuse Adam Bomb for "Adam Ant."
Fruitless search for Crespo begins at 2:22
Jimmy Crespo? What`s he wearing?
Is this the lead singer of Britney Fox?
His stuff back in the day was okay. Not bad, but not particularly memorable, either.
gawd i remember this shit..its even worse than I thought-lame lyrics.
