I was thinking of visiting the Humps, to get some footage for a video, but with my knee a walk might be impractical! The Humps are only just over 2 miles from The White Horse -- as the crow flies, of course, and of course it's not a straight line walk to there. Assuming 15 minutes per mile, it should only take a half-hour or so to walk from that pub. The Hare and Hounds in Stoughton, on the other hand, is only a mile straight line from the Humps. But the question is, which one has the *best trail* to the Humps? I look forward to seeing your eventual visit to the Humps!
