I am just adding my 2cents here. 👍Do not drink anything before you go to bed. 👍Basically any caffeine will make you want to go washroom but dark roast will take effect faster. 👍Remember: No ugly woman, just lazy woman and no pain, no gain. 😄
He uses a steamer moisturizer every day to replenish and rehydrate his skin. Then he uses a skin tightening device (battery operated) to smooth out the fine lines. Americano to get rid of puffiness. Some kind of Japanese skin tightening drink. Kinohemitsu maybe? Good circulation and good digestion. No lying down on the bed during daytime but sit at an angle on the sofa and rest. That means no naps in bed.
