I feel privileged to have come across this video. I am in my early 30's and would never have believed by looks along that you were that much older than myself. But you have a fount of wisdom. I already do all that you listed, and it's nice to see in you what future me may be able to experience. Simple, sensible advice. I love what you said about sunscreen because I started using it and my Vitamin D3 levels plummeted over time. I have started reducing my sunscreen use and, at the same time, being cautious in the sun e.g. avoiding it between 10:00 and 15:00.
Me too 🤭😊. I took one look at her and hit all the buttons 😆. I’m here to learn and a lot of what she said align with my beliefs i.e. spf Nutrition is huge ya’ll, eating nuts, seeds, EVOO, and probiotic rich foods for the gut-elimination (fr fr detox).

However l don’t sleep a lot, l am a prayer warrior so l get up at off hours praying 😅. I am 37 honestly get mistake for a 26 year old . Looking younger is very common on my dad side of the family .
Your skin is gorgeous. I never thought about steaming so will try that. We are the same age and no one ever guesses my age. My best tip: green leafy veggies and fresh air! I walk alot and park far from any doors at the stores. Fresh air is a healer!

Im 34 and im a hairstylist. I have some ladies in the 44-60 age group and I am extremely grateful for you ladies. One of my clients recommended Vegetable Glycerin for hair and skin. Her hair is almost white and its as thick as a 12yr olds hair. She is 62 and looks 48. Hair and skin is immaculate. Ive been using it for the past 2 weeks and my face, my body , my feet is extremely hydrated. My feeeeettt hasnt looked or felt this moisturized probably since I came out the womb! Please, ladies for our skin health sake, listen to her! Everything she said, vitamins and please get some vegetable glycerin lol. I apply mine all over my body immediately after the shower while still wet and I pat dry 🤌🏽. I love you all ❤. Take care 🌹.
@gggggggggggggg41 As a moisturizer for wet styling or immediately after blowdrying before applying protective styles. It can also be applied to twists/ braids that need to be revitalized.
I do not wear sunscreen at all and they do have a lot of chemicals. We were made for the sun, and I get my vitamin D from the sun, among healing factors, when grounding is included. My issues were going to sleep beyond 4-5 hours a night. I started to walk more and drink hibiscus and Ashwagandha teas, which is helping me sleep better. I'm also remembering my dreams much better. Gratitude for posting and sharing. 💞
Absolutely loved this, thank you! ♥️ I definitely have to work on my sleep and adding more protein into my diet, haha. Hearing you talk so calmly about everything was just lovely. 🥰 I’m with you on the sunscreen, I understand the reasons behind it, but something has always prevented me from using it very consistently. As long as I’m mindful and take good care of myself, I know I’m good. ✨

Thanks for sharing. As far as sunscreen goes, you can get a moisturizer with SPF to protect your skin too. Vitamin D is good for us, but too much sun can be damaging.
I will be 54 next month and I have always taken care of my skin. Watch what I eat & exercise. I too have good genes but don't take them for granted. Like you I don't wear a lot of make-up. You look gorgeous & half your age.

You look amazing! I totally agree that genetics play a part in keeping our youthful looks. I'll be 57 next week and even with the benefits of genetics, I make sure that I exercise, eat healthy and try to get as good sleep as possible. We women in our 50s all know about how menopause affects our sleep! 😍
Hi Marie, my name is Sabine and I live in Toronto. I was so amazed to find your video because just like you I am 56 and look 20 years younger. I do the same as you except instead of working out I walk a lot. Also what really works well for the skin is organic castor oil. I apply it on my face just before my night cream. Thank you very much for your video, you are absolutely beautiful.
You look amazing! I also have that gene but I also did workout and eat herbs etc growing up so I agree that is very important. Not letting things stress you a lot helps too.

Keep up your amazing work🧡☀!
You’re naturally beautiful! Could you please also share how you dealt with menopause, did you experience the typical symptoms such as hot flashes and bloating? I just turned 50, and am having really bad hot flashes and skin issues. Could you please also share what makeup products you’re using, particularly the base. I am a dark skinned Asian, however when I’m looking for clean makeup products, there’s not much choice for brown skins. Thanks

Girl I'm 29 about to turn 30 in December and you look younger than me. I've been told I have a baby face but I have light skin though you are so blessed to have melanin. I don't think I'll age like you because I have light skin. You're so beautiful
@@danyellaguerrero3696 it’s very possible, I’m light-skinned and 40, but look younger, no wrinkles, no fine lines, skin still as firm as it was 10 years ago. My aunts are 80+ and also look a lot younger than their age. The trick for light skinned people is to avoid tanning, never ever bake under the sun! and wear high SPF sunscreen if you have to be outside for a long period. Those UVA rays are what you need to protect your skin from.

Hello, your video was recommended and I clicked so fast! Because wow 56??? There's no wayyyyy! !!You look to be in your thirties for real! I'm 45, people are always shocked when I tell them my age, hopefully I can maintain a youthful look when I'm 56❤
I’m 53 and I’m so glad I found your channel. Great Video 🎉. Thank you for sharing.
I’m 29 but I have similar as habits as you! Hardly a social drinker, not a smoker, sleep. I feel so validated and hopeful after seeing this video 🥰 looking amazing.
Your face look really youthful!
I feel privileged to have come across this video. I am in my early 30's and would never have believed by looks along that you were that much older than myself. But you have a fount of wisdom. I already do all that you listed, and it's nice to see in you what future me may be able to experience.
I especially feel/look youthful when I am well rested, well hydrated, and have had several sweaty work outs in a week. I will have to try some of your skin care routine, too.
Whoooooooooa! You LOOOOOOOOK AMAAAAAZING! You look rested! You look like oxygen is flowing very well throughout your body ❤😃
Even your voice sounds youthful and fresh. I absolutely am getting vibes of a person in their 30s. You are LIVELY. I LOVE IT.
You are stunning! Would love to see videos on things like what you eat in a day or meal ideas you use, your am and pm skin routines and which products you use. Beautiful!
52 here! I've maintained a skincare routine for over a decade. 8 hrs of sleep at least nightly. I've teeter btwn vegan & Pescotarian. I was feeling overwhelmed once I became post menopausal with a stubborn 10lbs so I've recently hired a personal trainer. Glad I've found your page!
love your video, Marie 🤍 thanks for your incredible advices ✨ i'm 30 and doing what you did since my 20s! hope I can maintain youthness like YOU 🤍🤍🤍 you look so gorgeous!!!
Sounds like you've got it all sorted!
Your VOICE even sounds young! I’m 34 and you look like you’re in my age bracket! I’m taking notes because you are GOALS!
People think I’m still in my 20s and longevity is important to me.
Your voice is incredibly beautiful, it's such a pleasure listening to you💐
You are stunning! Just a black beauty 😍😍😍😍😍
Much appreciated! We trying to keep it together over here! 😁
Simple, sensible advice. I love what you said about sunscreen because I started using it and my Vitamin D3 levels plummeted over time. I have started reducing my sunscreen use and, at the same time, being cautious in the sun e.g. avoiding it between 10:00 and 15:00.
56? Subscribed, liked, watching...in that order lol
That’s the same order I followed.😅
Lol I did the same thing.
Lol
Me too 🤭😊. I took one look at her and hit all the buttons 😆. I’m here to learn and a lot of what she said align with my beliefs i.e. spf
Nutrition is huge ya’ll, eating nuts, seeds, EVOO, and probiotic rich foods for the gut-elimination (fr fr detox).
😅😅😅😅
You look great! I am glad you also mentioned genetics also plays a role in your youthful looks. OFC Self care is also KEY! Thanks for sharing
I’ll be 56 in December and have been told I look younger but sis, you got me beat!!! Ya look great!!❤❤
Happy very early early early early early birthday🎉🎉🎉🎉❤ may God bless you to continue more ❤️🙏

You skipped water intake, beautiful lady, h2o is a must for youthful health skin. New subbie ❤x
You are giving all the truth that needs to be gave and representing all on your face and vibe!!! Yessss!!! You are beautiful!!!
You look good . Genetics play a big role . I would say l slack a lot on eating healthy and taking my vitamins. I don’t smoke or drink though . Sleep is a big one !!! However l don’t sleep a lot, l am a prayer warrior so l get up at off hours praying 😅. I am 37 honestly get mistake for a 26 year old . Looking younger is very common on my dad side of the family .
@@MM-pi5iu Genetics for sure play a part. I love that you're a prayer warrior. If what you're doing is working, keep doing it!
Prayer can make one young too,I mean Papa God’s glory on His children 🥰
@@rebirthed1274 totally agree
Genetics are huge ! My Salvadorian mom is in her 50s and had an extremely difficult and traumatic life . She still looks mid 30s
God's GRACE. Not genetics. There are probably people in your family with your same DNA who are cracking early.
Wow!!! You look great! I am glad I found your channel. The year 2025 is looking great already. Let's plan on making better choices.
@TheCurvy_Wardrobe Thank you! Yes, let's live a happier, healthier and HORMON-ious life!
Just simply beautiful 😍
You could definitely go for mid 30s easily! New subscriber! Thanks for the content queen ❤🤎💯🧡🖤
Wau , very encouraging. When I grow up want to be like you . Well done.
Ms. Marie: You look beautiful! Many blessings are upon you!
Your skin is gorgeous. I never thought about steaming so will try that. We are the same age and no one ever guesses my age. My best tip: green leafy veggies and fresh air! I walk alot and park far from any doors at the stores. Fresh air is a healer!
56 where indeed! You are simply stunning. Please do a video on clean makeup and skin care regimen.

You look phenomenal!! ✨ Gorgeous women like you inspire me!! I literally thought you look 35!! 🙌🏼
Thank you!
Black don't crack !! You don't look a day over 43 ❤❤❤
@ennvee1989 thank you and we trying to keep it that way! 😁
43? That’s a bit much. She’s looks mid 30s, nowhere near 40.
43 in black celebrity age 😂. 35 by normal everyday standards
She looks 27@@heatherchandler1184
43 is a bit much. I've seen women in thier 20s and 30s that can't even hold a flame to this woman.
Girl you look my age!! I just turned 30! Beautiful black women and our genetics 🧬 is nothing to be played with! Excited to follow your journey ❤️🥰
I have glyceri in a spray bottle with water and a bit of oil. May be castor oil but will definitely try it on the body. Thanks for sharing! 😊
How do you use it in your hair?
@@TJLubrano indeed! Coconut oil is said to be a good natural sunscreen
@@mariemercurius Ohh I didn't know that! I do use it for oil pulling and for my hair every now and then, but will look into this for a sunscreen. Thank you!! 😊
I’m 50 and so glad I stumbled across your page. My spirit twin.❤
You look absolutely AMAZING, 56 WHERE👀👀👀! This is my goal, to age gracefully! All of the tips you said I'm currently implementing in my life! Thank you beauty❤
Your energy and looks far from your age. Made me subscribe instantly. You won queen 🔥🔥🔥♥
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing. As far as sunscreen goes, you can get a moisturizer with SPF to protect your skin too. Vitamin D is good for us, but too much sun can be damaging.
Wow! Had to pause the video 1 minute in and like this right away because I am amazed! You look wonderful!! Thanks for sharing your regimen!!
You're very welcome!
Fifty what? Wow,you look GREAT Ma’am
Hey Marie! How lovely to see you posting videos. I’m looking forward to catching up on your posts!
I will be 54 next month and I have always taken care of my skin. Watch what I eat & exercise. I too have good genes but don't take them for granted. Like you I don't wear a lot of make-up. You look gorgeous & half your age.
Thanks for keeping it simple and showing us how to live well. I do all of these things plus more. I punch up my water and vitamin intake and I incorporate massages.
I love your channel and keep the tips coming. ❤❤❤❤
Thank you for sharing:) I'm 36 and your video gives me peace. Thank you for being open and pointing to the need to not complicate things.
You're so welcome!
Am a dude at 30 and am looking at this chick like nah... nah! The only thing that sells her claim is her voice, it's sounds like an old soul ❤
🤣😂🤣
😂😂😂
She is cute
😂
You’re a blessing ma, thank God u found you and I’m 35 and you look like my age 20 year’s younger. Keep going
Gorgeous, you look 28..God Bless you for sharing ❤
From the view of a 46 year old-Marie, you look amaaaazing!!! Thanks for sharing your hacks! I once also heard that looking younger is actually not only a person's young appearance but also a young spirit and that's what I definitely sense while watching you and a lot of positivity. Keep up your amazing work🧡☀!
Thank you! I agree, the right mindset can make a difference!
Thanks
@saimamairaj7426 fenugreek supplements and st johns wort help with a lot of those symptoms
You look great!! Thank you for sharing/ reminders!!
Hii I just found your channel today and I’m subscribing!! Hon you look beautiful 🤍 Please make a video on the apps that you use for clean skincare/makeup 😊
I’m interested in the apps as well.
Apps video on the channel
25 yrs old and already doing the above 💕 can you do an in-depth video on your skincare routine and supplements if you take any?
@@fatiq8297 Exactly, i know lots of white people who look younger, too. And you cant generalize. There are black people who appear older as well.
Keep your skin moisturized and be mindful of how much and the type of makeup you wear.
I watched the whole video all the way through. Subscribed! You have an extremely calming presence and I enjoyed all the topics of the video. Looking for that video on sleep disrupters next because that is my biggest struggle!
@madelinelambtalks thank you for subscribing! Sleep is crucial to living a healthy life. Hopefully you'll take away some gems. ❤️
