Just a music video I decided to throw together. Hope you enjoy it!

Dead Rising is one of the most hope deprived stories that still is compelling. Frank has to convince survivors that there is still hope while he isn’t sure if hope is alive or dead. Eventually all the people he saves survive and get away while he’s left behind. Then got infected, not sure how long he has, defeated special forces and is still not any closer to hope. Frank’s fight with Brock is not about survival, it’s about letting all his anger and desperation consume him. Hope died for Frank and the final nail in the coffin was on top of that tank.
it's the most somber, non cringe edge you can find on the market. Fantastic!
my favorite part is when at the end he does a war cry because of everything he's been through and in the end he got nothing from it
I always wondered how they escaped, like they never stayed how isabella got off the side of the jeep swarmed and how frank got out. Here is guessing they left on the tank

@@aceysocrazy1973 Frank could probably enter the tank, make the driver surrender and move the thing near Isabella so she can get aboard.
It's the only thing that makes sense to me.

But he took a gun inside of the tank jumped down while being badass and shooting zombies and rescued her and they escaped
The part at 3:26 when Frank is getting closer to breaking point is so good! You made it look like he's having flashbacks at all the violence and deaths he's seen in just 3 days. Brilliant editing.
I agree. I know some people find the games ending to be bad. But I love it. Frank letting it all go as he accepts what he has become. He might make it out alive. But in doing so he has seen countless people die and has murdered plenty himself- and while they were all terrible people. He still brutally killed him. He is not the same person he was when this all started.
In fact, the terrible people statement it self could be argued. Most of them aren’t really “evil” per say. While the game presents them as “psychopaths”, it’s clear when you look at it that most of them were just ordinary people, and this situation has just driven them over the edge. Really they need help, but Frank can’t give them that. He has to kill them to stop them from killing him.

Holy shit the ending of the video was exactly how I was thinking the whole time the camera was moving around Frank when I was a kid. The man lived so many crazy events.
Me and my dad played this every weekend because my parents divorced i didnt see my dad that often but i liked going to my dads and when we beat overtime we said it was fucking brilliant and i was only 6

@@sammysalgado1475 37 is middle aged. Anywhere above 35 is middle aged. Most people die at 75 or above so I’d personally say 35-59 is about middle aged.

I think ya did a pretty damn good job.
This song always makes me sad because of how DR ended. It felt epic unlocking overtime for the first time, even nostalgic seeing the mall empty, survivors gone, being saved by and escaping with Isabela in one of most epic boss fights surrounded by zombies. Then years later I find out that Frank and Isabela never got back together, except for that brief moment in Case West before she's taken away and never seen by Frank again.
You'd think after Case West Frank would do all he can to find Isabela and free her from Phenotrans. Instead Frank becomes a lonely old guy who has to make up an alternate version of DR2 where he ends up with Rebecca. At least Chunk's future isn't so bleak, minus the government forcing to turn to crime and divorcing Stacy. Although I wish Case West mentioned the comics where Harjit Singh caused the outbreak that killed Chuck's wife and infected his daughter, instead Harjit is just another henchmen when Chuck & Frank fight him. Almost makes me wish Off the Record was a re-imagining and continuation of Case West, and not a re-imagining of DR2.

I don't know you guys but Carlito and Isabela by themselves made Dead Rising's story the best one in the franchise
TK was more of a pawn to be honest he was in the money but it was all phenotrans and marian doing

@@IoiniEverson - In my opinion, there didn’t need to be anymore instalments... because look what we got. A rushed mess of a sequel, boring DLC’s and the rest of the series was a pathetic cash grab which added nothing and became just as stupid and moronic as the rest of the awful sequels to once great video game franchises.
The original DeadRising was absolutely fantastic. Brilliant writing, great voice acting, phenomenal set and a hooking storyline with amazing characters and brilliant music. The game borders on a masterpiece... albeit with a few issues here and there. Such a fantastic game... it’s just a shame the franchise became a laughing stock.
Keiji Inafune did such a cutting critique of american consumerism and capitalism along the lines of george romero, but still, most kinda missed it and liked the zombies. Masterpiece. Those who get it get it and those who won't are the subject.

Words cant describe what this game means to me. I was 7 when it came out and remember my older brother renting it when he first got his 360. I was absolutely terrified yet intrigued, and would watch and learn about every thing about the game on TH-cam until one day i’d finally be old enough to get it and play it myself. It literally helped develop me into the person I am today, and helped shape my sense of humor. Anyone who watched old Dead Rising content on YT back in the day knows exactly what im talking about. I couldnt be more excited for the remaster, it looks so good even considering the few nitpicks i have.

OMG this is 10000000/10 perfect
The song was an amazing reward especially since I got Unbreakable after many tries.
The cutscenes shown in this video make me want to go back and play it again, the only 2 complaint I have with this otherwise masterpiece of a game are... The survivors being dumb af, I forgot how annoying they were to try and get back to the safe house or even through a door if you had more than 1 following you. The other issue I have is the forward roll ability, as soon as you unlock this ability suddenly I'm rolling constantly and I didn't even mean to, I'm glad they made it so you click the thumb stick in DR2 but in this one you move it in a direction twice and the game keeps picking up on it when I don't even intend to do it
Too fucking underrated. I don't care about the graphics or that it came out 13 years ago.
