I've seen a few videos on IG of people taking their pets on car rides to see the houses all lit up with christmas lights at night. Maybe Goo would like that since he likes car rides OR he might just sleep through the whole event, lolol.

My dog is part rottie and staffie so she has bricks for brains and is reactive like how you've described Goo, I prefer when people are more cautious too and it makes me feel safer when out walking her because people are less likely to approach
