I want to buy a couple of these so we can play football in the front yard with this stupid daylight savings. What size Ah battery did you buy for it and does it last a good amount of time?
@@chrisginoc I already had 2 batteries (4 and 10 Ah). I use the 4 in the light as it weighs less. Battery life seems solid. Definitely over an hour. EGO should have info available on battery life.
@@Rew123 Would you recommend this over a Milwaukee or Ryobi? I’ve been reading mixed reviews that it feels cheap or doesn’t light up as advertised. I’m planning to place it on my roof pointing down maybe max 1-2 hours run time after the sun sets before dinner to play football with my kids.
@@chrisginoc I didn't really look at other options, since I was already in the EGO ecosystem. I'm really pleased with it so far, that's all I can say. It is allowed me to do some yard and landscaping work in the evening after it gets dark. I've used it in cool weather as well as in the rain. I've only had it for about a month, so I can't comment on long-term durability. I suppose my one complaint is that it sits low to the ground. It would be nice to have it higher up on some sort of stand.
I LOVE this product. I legit bought this just to light up my backyard so we can play cornhole at night. lol
sounds like fun lol
